本发明公开了一种智慧能源型水上漂浮电缆,包括六根绝缘线芯,相互平行设置;所述绝缘线芯由内至外依次为导体、包带、绝缘层和护套层;五根连接襟,将六根绝缘线芯依次连接。本发明的电缆为增加电缆的浮力,保证电缆始终漂浮于水面之上,设计将电缆平行排列,两根绝缘线芯之间有一条连接襟,使电缆芯与芯之间即保持独立又紧密相连,增加了电缆与水接触的平面,使得电缆能够漂浮于水面上,保证水上作业时的电力能够安全传输。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种智慧能源型水上漂浮电缆。
背景技术
目前在一些浅海岛屿、石油平台之间、江河湖泊等这些需要水上作业的场合,电缆是必不可少的起到电源连接的配件。由于水上作业的危险性及稳定性的要求,所需的电缆应具有一定的阻水性、绝缘及护套材料应有较小的吸水性,否则将会影响电缆的绝缘性能,并且为了实时监控电缆的运行情况,防止电缆被水中的岩石、水草或水中的生物破坏,能够漂浮于水面上的电缆成为首选。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一款能够漂浮于水面上的电缆,其应具有一定的阻水性能、重量轻,柔软性好且结构设计精密的电缆,保证水上作业时的电力能够安全传输。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种智慧能源型水上漂浮电缆,包括
六根绝缘线芯,相互平行设置;所述绝缘线芯由内至外依次为导体、包带、绝缘层和护套层;
五根连接襟,将六根绝缘线芯依次连接。
所述绝缘线芯的导体由多根镀锡铜线绞合。
在所述绝缘线芯的导体的多根镀锡铜线缝隙内填充有密封胶。
所述绝缘线芯的导体采用7根直径为0.52mm镀锡铜线绞合,绞合后直径为1.56mm。
所述绝缘线芯的包带为耐高温自粘带。
所述绝缘线芯的包带的绕包搭盖率为15%~20%。
所述绝缘线芯的绝缘层为低密度聚乙烯。
所述绝缘线芯的绝缘层标称厚度为2.0mm。
所述绝缘线芯的护套层为中密度聚乙烯。
所述绝缘线芯的护套层标称厚度为1.8mm。
采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下的有益效果:(1)本发明的电缆为增加电缆的浮力,保证电缆始终漂浮于水面之上,设计将电缆平行排列,两根绝缘线芯之间有一条连接襟,使电缆芯与芯之间即保持独立又紧密相连,增加了电缆与水接触的平面,使得电缆能够漂浮于水面上,保证水上作业时的电力能够安全传输。
(2)本发明的导体采用导电性能好且耐腐蚀的镀锡铜线,采用多根绞合的方法进行加工,能保证电缆的柔软度及供电传输质量;同时绞合时在导体缝隙内注入高柔性密封胶并绕包一层耐高温自粘带作为包带,能起到很好的阻水的作用。
(3)本发明的绝缘采用低密度聚乙烯,首先由于聚乙烯分子结构对称,不含有极性基团,因此具有极其优良的电绝缘性能、较好的物理机械性能和耐化学稳定性、具有较小的吸水性和最主要的低密度的优点,其密度为0.925g/cm3,比水的密度低,故可漂浮于水上;并且为了承受电缆本体的重量,经过设计增加绝缘的厚度来保证电缆的浮力。
(4)本发明的护套采用中密度聚乙烯,此材料具有较好的物理机械性能、耐化学稳定性、优良的耐老化性、耐环境应力开裂及蠕变性;具有较小的吸水性和最主要的密度低的优点,其密度为0.935g/cm3,比水的密度低,故可漂浮于水上。

见图1,本实施例的一种智慧能源型水上漂浮电缆,包括六根绝缘线芯1,相互平行设置;绝缘线芯1由内至外依次为导体11、包带12、绝缘层13和护套层14;五根连接襟2,将六根绝缘线芯1依次连接,例如船身与水的接触面越大,受到的水的浮力就越大,即船越大,承载的重量越大的道理,连接襟2的设置,就是为了增加电缆的浮力。
绝缘线芯1的导体11由采用7根直径为0.52mm的镀锡铜线按照1+6的方式(中心1根,外围6根)绞合而成,结构稳定、圆整且柔软,绞合后直径1.56mm;绞合的同时在缝隙内注入高柔性密封胶,以提升导体的防水性能同时确保柔软。
绝缘线芯1的包带12为耐高温自粘带。由于包带有一定的自粘性能,绕包搭盖率控制在15%~20%时,可以保证密封胶完全嵌入在导体11内,并且绝缘层13不与导体11粘连。
绝缘线芯1的绝缘层13为低密度聚乙烯,密度为0.925g/cm3,标称厚度为:2.0mm,挤包后外径为:5.7mm。
绝缘线芯1的护套层采用中密度聚乙烯,密度为0.935g/cm3,标称厚度为1.8mm。
连接襟2的长度为3.0mm;厚度为2.0mm。整个电缆挤包后外形尺寸:长×宽为57.3×9.3mm。
