本实用新型公开了一种减少断条率、从而提高加工效率的针梳机中的圈条器，包括：圈条管和位于圈条管侧下方的一对压辊，所述的圈条管固定在圈条盘上，其下部设置有半月形圆弧槽，所述的圈条盘固定在旋转座上，圈条盘在一对压辊的上方还开设有导入孔。本实用新型所述的圈条器，可使所要圈条的麻条等条状物在圈条过程中产生捻度，来增强条状物的抗拉强度，这样就大大减少了麻条等材质比较疏松、强度弱的材料在圈条过程中的断条现象，提高了整个针梳机的加工效率。

本实用新型涉及到纺织行业中的针梳机，尤其涉及到针梳机中的圈条器。
背景技术
众所周知，针梳机中的圈条器用于将梳理牵伸后的精梳条圈条成型；其结构通常包括：圈条管和位于圈条管侧下方的一对压辊。其工作过程为：精梳条从圈条器的圈条管入口送入，再从圈条管底部的一对偏心压辊下落到条桶，圈条管是上半部为圆环状，下半部为半月状的回转体。这种圈条器在对材质比较疏松、抗拉强度弱的麻条等材料进行圈条时，经常发生断条现象，断条以后需要重新生头，耽误工时，影响到针梳机的加工效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的一个技术问题是：提供一种减少断条率、从而提高加工效率的针梳机中的圈条器。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的第一个技术方案为：针梳机中的圈条器，包括：圈条管和位于圈条管侧下方的一对压辊，所述的圈条管固定在圈条盘上，其下部设置有半月形圆弧槽，所述的圈条盘固定在旋转座上，圈条盘在一对压辊的上方还开设有导入孔。
所述的一对压辊设置在旋转座中。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型所述的这种圈条器，可使所要圈条的麻条等条状物在圈条过程中产生捻度，来增强条状物的抗拉强度，这样就大大减少了麻条等材质比较疏松、强度弱的材料在圈条过程中的断条现象，提高了整个针梳机的加工效率。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的针梳机中的圈条器，包括：圈条管1、圈条盘3和旋转座5，圈条管1通过螺钉2固定在圈条盘3的中央，圈条管1的顶部设置有圆环状入口11，下部设置有半月形圆弧槽12，所述的圈条盘3固定在旋转座5上，旋转座5中设置有一对偏心的压辊4，即该对压辊4位于圈条管1的侧下方，所述的圈条盘3在一对压辊4的上方还开设有导入孔。
本实用新型的工作原理为：通过圈条管1和一对压辊4随着旋转座5绕轴心线转动，使得精梳麻条等条状物在圈条管1与一对压辊4之间形成一定的捻度，增强了精梳麻条等条状物的抗拉强度，从而减少了断条现象，提高了整个针梳机的加工效率。

1.针梳机中的圈条器，包括：圈条管和位于圈条管侧下方的一对压辊，其特征在于：所述的圈条管固定在圈条盘上，其下部设置有半月形圆弧槽，所述的圈条盘固定在旋转座上；圈条盘在一对压辊的上方还开设有导入孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的圈条器，其特征在于：所述的一对压辊设置在旋转座中。
