技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种安装在重型卡车上稳定杆吊架的一种稳定杆衬套。
背景技术
目前，重型卡车上使用的稳定杆与稳定杆吊架采用刚性连接的结构。此结构重量重、成本高、安装不便、不具备减震和缓冲等性能特点，在承受重载荷及过大冲击力作用下，由于金属间的相互碰撞，极易造成稳定杆和稳定杆吊架的磨损。
发明内容
为克服现有纯金属结构的衬套，自身重量重、安装不便、且不具备减震、缓冲性能的特点。本实用新型采用橡胶结构，该产品不仅有效降低产品重量，同时改善稳定杆和稳定杆吊架对减震、缓冲性能的需求。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
外套和内套与减震橡胶硫化在一起，外套、减震橡胶和内套之间设计成平行两面开口结构，内套内设有一层防滑橡胶，外套外表面进行镀锌处理，外套和内套均为圆柱形结构。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，外套1和内套3与减震橡胶2硫化在一起；外套1和减震橡胶2之间设计成平行两面开口，一面开口，用橡胶进行软连接，便于稳定杆安装；另一面开口，使整车在行驶过程中，利于稳定杆和稳定杆吊架锁紧，稳定杆衬套不易脱落和损坏；内套3内设有1mm厚的防滑橡胶4，在使用过程中，增大摩擦力，防止转动，减少对稳定杆和衬套的磨损，减少维护费用；外套1进行镀锌处理，即防锈蚀又给稳定杆衬套带来美观的效果。

1、稳定杆衬套，其特征在于：外套和内套与减震橡胶硫化在一起，外套、减震橡胶和内套之间设计成平行两面开口结构，内套内设有一层防滑橡胶，外套外表面进行镀锌处理，外套和内套均为圆柱形结构。
