Abstract

该一体化仪表三阀组由切断阀、反吹阀(排污阀)、校准阀(泄压阀)组成。切断阀为DN6截止阀，进出口配1/4NPT内螺纹，外配1/4NPT外螺纹变M20*1.5的活接头，接Φ14导压管；反吹阀为DN6闸阀，不宜堵塞，便于吹扫和排污，出口为M20*1.5内螺纹，外配M20*1.5外螺纹变Φ10风管快插接头，方便风管快速插拔、吹扫；校准阀为DN6截止阀，出口为M20*1.5内螺纹，可直接接压力表或其他表计，方便校准和对比。变送器在吹扫、校准时可通过三个阀门的开关操作完成，无需拆装，省时省力，快捷方便。

一、技术领域：
该一体化仪表三阀组结构小巧、美观，安装简便；操作校准简单快捷。主要用于锅炉烟气压力、差压、流量变送器的配套使用，也可用于其他压力传感器、压力计、压力开关的配套使用。
二、背景技术：
目前锅炉烟气变送器配套使用的仪表阀都是由单个仪表阀通过接头导管焊接或一体化仪表二阀组连接而成。

实际操作中，烟气导压管非常容易积灰、结焦、堵塞，影响测量，这就需要经常用压缩风进行反吹扫。传统操作方式：先将变送器接头拆开，防止变送器膜盒被风压打坏，然后安装压缩风管接头，连接压缩风管进行吹扫，完成后拆下风管接头再将变送器装上。这种操作需要用扳手来回拆装，比较麻烦、费时。
三、发明内容：
为了克服现有变送器在吹扫、校准时需用扳手来回拆装，比较麻烦，费时、费力，本实用新型提供的一体化仪表三阀组可简单完成变送器吹扫、校准等操作，无需用扳手来回操作。
该一体化仪表三阀组由切断阀、反吹阀、校准阀组成。切断阀为DN6截止阀，进出口配1/4NPT内螺纹，外配1/4NPT外螺纹变M20*1.5的活接头，接Φ14导压管；反吹阀为DN6闸阀，不宜堵塞，便于吹扫和排污，出口为M20*1.5内螺纹，外配M20*1.5外螺纹变Φ10风管快插接头，方便风管快速插拔、吹扫；校准阀为DN6截止阀，出口为M20*1.5内螺纹，可直接接压力表或其他表计，方便校准和对比。
本实用新型的有益效果是：使变送器的吹扫、校准更加方便快捷，无需用扳手来回拆装，避免了频繁拆装造成的接头老化，密封不好，提高了工作效率。

五、具体实施方式：
在实际操作中，如使用该一体化仪表三阀组，可简单完成吹扫、校准等操作，无需用扳手来回拆装。具体操作程序：反吹扫时先将切断阀1关闭，打开反吹阀6、校准阀3，再将风管直接插到反吹阀出口5的快插接头上，即可进行吹扫，风管连接又快，密封又好，吹扫完后拔下风管，将反吹阀6、校准阀3关闭，打开切断阀1，变送器投入运行，整个过程无须拆装。
校准时关闭切断阀1，打开校准阀3，先观察变送器是否回零，进行零点校正，也可通过校准阀出口的接头4连接上标准表，进行在线校准，完成后关闭校准阀3，打开切断阀1，变送器投入运行。
