本实用新型涉及一种阀门,特别是关于一种蓄能器式锁定型液控缓闭止回阀。本实用新型适用于泵站或气轮机出口防止介质倒流的止回阀。
背景技术
蓄能器式锁定型液控缓闭止回阀主要使用于泵站或气轮机出口管道上,其结构由蓄能器式液控装置和蝶阀两部分组成。蝶阀部分包括阀体、阀座、蝶板、阀杆及密封件和安装件,阀杆由上阀杆与下阀杆组成,蝶板两端通过上阀杆和下阀杆安装在阀体内。当泵站或气轮机停机时,蓄能器式液控装置控制蝶阀实现快关或慢关,防止介质水锤损坏泵站或气轮机设备。然而,由于泵站或气轮机的管道口径普遍较大,蝶板太薄则在阀门关闭状态下强度不够,蝶板太厚则在阀门开启状态下流阻太大,两者不能兼顾。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种蝶板强度大、流阻小的蓄能器式锁定型液控缓闭止回阀。
本实用新型的技术方案包括蓄能器式液控装置和蝶阀,所述蝶阀包括阀体、阀座、蝶板、阀杆及密封件和安装件,阀杆由上阀杆与下阀杆组成,蝶板两端通过上阀杆和下阀杆安装在阀体内,主要是蝶板背面制有V形增强筋,V形增强筋另一端与蝶板两端之间固定连接一平板。
本实用新型的优点是蝶板背面设有增强筋和平板,蝶板的刚度好、对介质流阻小。

如图1所示的蓄能器式锁定型液控缓闭止回阀,由蓄能器式液控装置和蝶阀两部分组成,蝶阀包括阀体1、阀座、蝶板3、阀杆及密封件和安装件,阀杆由上阀杆6与下阀杆2组成,蝶板3两端通过上阀杆6和下阀杆2安装在阀体1内,蝶板3背面制有V形增强筋4,V形增强筋4另一端与蝶板3两端之间固定连接一平板5,增加了蝶板3的刚度,同时在阀门开启状态下介质可从蝶板3两侧及V形增强筋4与蝶板3、平板5形成的通孔内通过,减小蝶板3对介质的流通阻力。蓄能器式液控装置为公知技术,在此不再详细叙述。

1、一种蓄能器式锁定型液控缓闭止回阀,包括蓄能器式液控装置和蝶阀,所述蝶阀包括阀体(1)、阀座、蝶板(3)、阀杆及密封件和安装件,阀杆由上阀杆(6)与下阀杆(2)组成,蝶板(3)两端通过上阀杆(6)和下阀杆(2)安装在阀体(1)内,其特征是蝶板(3)背面制有V形增强筋(4),V形增强筋(4)另一端与蝶板(3)两端之间固定连接一平板(5)。
