Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种枢纽器。
背景技术
笔记本电脑、移动电话等便携式的电子装置多采用可折叠的结构以节省空间。一般地，这些电子装置的显示屏幕与控制主体之间通过枢纽器相连，不需使用时，可将屏幕与控制主体相对折叠起来。
枢纽器通常包括分别与电子装置的屏幕、主体相固定的两个连接件，两个连接件之间可枢转地连接。为了让电子装置的屏幕可以定位在任何使用者所需的角度上，枢纽器通常还在两个连接件之间提供较大的阻滞力。然而，较大的阻滞力会让电子装置的屏幕的开合需要较大力量的操作。在长时间的使用之后，会造成连接件之间的配合出现松动，从而，在屏幕开合的时候会出现异音。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种可以避免出现异音的电子装置的枢纽器。
一种枢纽器，其包括第一连接件、至少一衬套、第二连接件及一固定件，所述第一连接件上开设有容置所述衬套的套孔，所述第一连接件的套孔开设有固定槽；所述第二连接件包括轴柱，所述轴柱可枢转地插入所述衬套内，所述轴柱的开设有卡槽；所述衬套凸设有卡块，所述卡块插入所述固定槽而将所述衬套固定在所述第一连接件上；所述固定件卡固于所述轴柱的卡槽将所述第二连接件固定于所述第一连接件。
上述枢纽器利用衬套作为第一连接件与第二连接件之间的媒介，衬套紧固在第一连接件内，不致出现松动而产生左右或上下摇晃，可消除因配合不紧而产生的异音。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，本实用新型枢纽器的较佳实施方式包括第一连接件10、两衬套20、第二连接件30及一固定件40。该第一连接件10形成于一第一枢转元件100的一端。第一枢转元件100的另一端也凸伸形成一第一连接件10。枢纽器用于将该枢转元件100枢转连接于一第二枢转元件(图未示)上。第一连接件10也可与第一枢转元件100分开制造再连接在一起。
请一并参阅图2，第一连接件10呈圆筒状，该第一连接件10的内部开设有贯穿该第一连接件10的圆形套孔12及一与该套孔12连通的固定槽14。该第一连接件10面对该第二连接件30的一端面外缘凸设一挡块16。
衬套20为大致呈“C”形的中空的套筒，其接合缝处向外凸伸形成一卡块22。该卡块22的一端凸伸出该衬套20的一端缘形成一突出部222，相应地，该卡块22的另一端与该衬套20的另一端缘之间形成一缺口224，使该卡块22与该衬套20两端缘之间呈台阶状。
该第二连接件30包括一扁平的固定部31及一沿该固定部31一端轴向延伸形成的圆形的轴柱32。该固定部31开设有若干固定孔311用于将该第二连接件30固定于该第二枢转元件(图未示)上。该固定部31相对于该轴柱32的一端面边缘凸伸形成一止挡部312，如图1所示。该轴柱32的远离该固定部31的一端沿圆周开设有一环形的卡槽322。该轴柱32上靠近该固定部31处沿圆周开设有若干环形的储油槽324用于储存润滑油。
该固定件40在本实施方式中为一大致呈“C”形的卡环，其中央开设一通孔41并于孔壁上形成若干卡榫42。该固定件40的一侧的开口与其中央通孔41连通。
结合图3及图4所示，将第二连接件30的轴柱32依次套入两衬套20中，并将两衬套20自该第一连接件10的一端依次插入第一连接件10的套孔12中，使两衬套20的卡块22依次卡入第一连接件10的固定槽14内，并且其中一衬套20的突出部222与另一衬套20的缺口224相配合。第二连接件30自该第一连接件10的另一端穿出后，该固定件40自其开口处卡于第二连接件30的轴柱32末端的卡槽322，从而衬套20相对于第一连接件10相对固定，而第二连接件30可相对于衬套20及第一连接件10枢转。将第二连接件30固定在第二枢转元件(图未示)之后，第二枢转元件即可相对于第一枢转元件枢转。当该第二连接件30的止挡部312挡于该第一连接件10的挡块16时，该第二枢转元件即可相对于第一枢转元件相对定位。
该枢纽器利用衬套作为第一连接件与第二连接件之间的媒介，衬套紧固在第一连接件内，不致出现松动而产生左右或上下摇晃，可消除因配合不紧而产生的异音。
作为其它实施方式，衬套20数量可以为一个或多于两个。
作为其它实施方式，根据需要，若第二枢转元件不需相对于第一枢转元件定位时，该第二连接件的止挡部及与其相配合的第一连接件的挡块亦可去除。

Claims (7)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种枢纽器，其特征在于：所述枢纽器包括第一连接件、至少一衬套、第二连接件及固定件，所述第一连接件上开设有容置所述衬套的套孔，所述第一连接件的套孔开设有固定槽；所述第二连接件包括轴柱，所述轴柱可枢转地插入所述衬套内，所述轴柱开设有卡槽；所述衬套凸设有卡块，所述卡块插入所述固定槽而将所述衬套固定在所述第一连接件上；所述固定件卡固于所述轴柱的卡槽将所述第二连接件固定于所述第一连接件。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器，其特征在于：所述衬套包括一个中空的套筒，所述套筒收容在所述套孔内，所述轴柱枢设在所述套筒内。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的枢纽器，其特征在于：所述衬套有两个，所述衬套向外凸伸形成一卡块，所述卡块的一端凸伸出所述衬套的一端缘形成一突出部，所述卡块的另一端与所述衬套的另一端缘之间形成一缺口，所述两个衬套的突出部与缺口分别相互配合。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求3所述的枢纽器，其特征在于：所述衬套呈“C”形，所述卡块凸伸形成于所述衬套的接合缝处。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器，其特征在于：所述固定件为一大致呈“C”形的卡环，其中央开设一通孔并于孔壁上形成若干卡榫，所述固定件的一侧开设一开口与其中央通孔，所述固定件自其开口处卡入所述轴柱的卡槽。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器，其特征在于：所述第一连接件面对所述第二连接件的一端面外缘凸设一挡块，所述第二连接件相对于所述第一连接件凸伸形成一止挡部，所述止挡部可抵于所述挡块使所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件之间形成定位。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器，其特征在于：所述第二连接件的轴柱沿圆周开设有环形的储油槽用于储存润滑油。
