本实用新型涉及一种钢带卷打包的相关装置，具体的说是钢带卷心部塔形消除装置。
背景技术
钢带卷一般要经过卷取后才进行包装与运输。但热轧窄带钢进行立式卷取时，经常会出现刚开始卷取几圈或十几圈高于正常位置，就会形成钢带卷心部出现塔形，影响钢带卷的包装及运输。在现有技术中，没有钢带卷心部塔形消除装置，一般依靠人工进行消除塔形，既影响了生产节奏，又浪费了人力和物力。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：针对以上现有技术存在的缺点，提出一种钢带卷心部塔形消除装置，可有效消除钢带卷心部塔形，保证钢带卷表面平整。
本实用新型解决以上技术问题的技术方案是：钢带卷心部塔形消除装置，包括设在辊道上方的钢架及压板，压板与液压缸相连。
压板通过一根穿过钢架的联动轴与液压缸相连。液压缸固定在支架上，支架固定在钢架上。压板为圆形压板。
通过压板即可将高出于正常高度的数圈钢带即塔形部分压平至正常高度。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型可有效消除钢带卷心部塔形，保证钢带卷表面平整，无任何钢带卷心部冒圈现象，钢带包装质量有较完美的外观。本实用新型也使工作效率得到提高，节约了生产成本。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例的结构如图1所示，钢带卷心部塔形消除装置，包括设在辊道1上方的钢架2，还设有圆形压板3，圆形压板3通过一根穿过钢架2的联动轴6与一个液压缸4相连，液压缸4通过一个固定支架5固定在钢架2上。本实用新型在使用时，通过液压缸4可将圆形压板3压下，即可将高出于正常高度的数圈钢带即塔形部分压平至正常高度。
本实用新型可有效消除钢带卷心部塔形，保证钢带卷表面平整，无任何钢带卷心部冒圈现象，钢带包装质量有较完美的外观。
本实用新型还可以有其它实施方式，凡采用同等替换或等效变换形成的技术方案，均落在本实用新型要求保护的范围之内。

1.钢带卷心部塔形消除装置，其特征在于：包括设在辊道上方的钢架及压板，所述压板与液压缸相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的钢带卷心部塔形消除装置，其特征在于：所述压板通过一根穿过钢架的联动轴与液压缸相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的钢带卷心部塔形消除装置，其特征在于：所述液压缸固定在支架上，所述支架固定在钢架上。
4.如权利要求2所述的钢带卷心部塔形消除装置，其特征在于：所述压板为圆形压板。
