本实用新型公开了一种带透光窗的墨盒,旨在提供一种结构简单,制造成本低的带透光窗的墨盒。它包括储存墨水的开口容器,在对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头所对位置的容器内设有反光装置,在容器左下角的底部制有出墨口,在容器开口的表面封有基本不透光或不透光的盒盖,盖住开口的容器成密封,其特征是在反光装置边的盒盖上开有镂空的透光窗,透光窗上封有透明的密封膜。该实用新型用基本不透光或不透光的盒盖可以有效地遮挡大部分光线对墨水的照射,避免墨水变色,对于反光装置用的光线,完全可以使自然光透过镂空的透光窗和透明的密封膜为反光面提供照明,给打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头提供指示。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及安装在喷墨打印机上的墨盒,尤其涉及一种带透光窗的墨盒。
背景技术
目前市场上出现的喷墨打印机,在打印中,为了给用户指示墨水储存容器的墨水用完,往往在墨盒的底部上制有或安装有三角形的聚光块,起到三棱镜的效果,打印机上在安装墨盒聚光块的下面装有墨水用量检测传感器探头。当墨盒中的墨水用完时,聚光块露出墨水面,被光线照射,聚光块将照射过来的光线集中反射到墨水用量检测传感器探头,给打印机的墨水用量检测传感器探头信号,打印机及时地给出墨水用完的提示,提醒用户更换新墨盒。这种结构要求制造墨盒的材料透光性很好。可由于墨水在长期的光线照射下,会使墨水变色,影响打印质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是提供一种结构简单,制造成本低的带透光窗的墨盒。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:它包括储存墨水的开口容器,在对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头所对位置的容器内设有反光装置,在容器左下角的底部制有出墨口,在容器开口的表面封有基本不透光或不透光的盒盖,盖住开口的容器成密封,其特征是在反光装置边的盒盖上开有镂空的透光窗,透光窗上封有透明的密封膜。
按照上述方案制造的带透光窗的墨盒,它用基本不透光或不透光的盒盖可以有效地遮挡大部分光线对墨水的照射,避免墨水变色,对于反光装置用的光线,完全可以使自然光透过镂空的透光窗和透明的密封膜为反光面提供照明,给打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头提供指示。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
带透光窗的墨盒它包括储存墨水的开口容器1,在容器1内设有摆动轴2如图1所示,摆动轴2上装有反光装置,所述的反光装置是由摆臂3,摆臂3安装在摆动轴2上,绕摆动轴2摆动,摆臂3上制有浮子4如图2所示,浮子4随墨水量的多少而升降,在浮子4上设有朝向容器内底面的反光面5,当墨水快使用完时,反光面5正对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头,探头所对容器1底面部分制有凹坑6,使在凹坑6位置的材料减薄,以提高透光性,容器1左下角的底部制有出墨口7,在出墨口7上方的容腔内放有海绵8图3所示。在容器1开口的表面封有基本不透光或不透光的盒盖9,盖住开口的容器1成密封如图4所示,而在反光面5浮动区域位置的盒盖9上开有镂空的透光窗10,盒盖10的材料用基本不透光或不透光的有色塑料制成,盒盖9上用透明的密封膜11覆盖在透光窗10的内表面如图5、图6所示,使开口的容器1成密封。当容器1内的墨水用完时,反光面5与容器1底部之间只有很少的墨水或没有,反光面5的反光穿过凹坑6到探头,给出无墨水的信息。
当然,对于储存墨水的开口容器1上所装的反光装置也可以用在对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器探头所对容器1的底面位置上制有聚光块12如图7所示,其余结构与上述不变,不再重复。当容器1内的墨水用完时,聚光块12露出墨水面,被光线照射,聚光块12将照射过来的光线给探头,给出无墨水的提示。

1、带透光窗的墨盒,它包括储存墨水的开口容器,在对着打印机墨水用量检测传感器的探头所对位置的容器内设有反光装置,在容器左下角的底部制有出墨口,在容器开口的表面封有基本不透光或不透光的盒盖,盖住开口的容器成密封,其特征是在反光装置边的盒盖上开有镂空的透光窗,透光窗上封有透明的密封膜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带透光窗的墨盒,其特征在于所述的反光装置是聚光块。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带透光窗的墨盒,其特征在于所述的反光装置是带反光面的浮子组件,所述的浮子组件由摆臂,摆臂上制有浮子,在浮子上设反光面,反光面朝向探头所对的容器底面位置,摆臂与容器内设的摆动轴套接,浮子随墨水量的多少而升降。
4、根据权利要求1所述的带透光窗的墨盒,其特征在于所述的盒盖是用基本不透光或不透光塑料制成的盒盖。
5、根据权利要求4所述的带透光窗的墨盒,其特征在于所述的基本不透光或不透光塑料是指有颜色的塑料。
