Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带感应装置的墨盒。包括储存墨水用的带开口的墨盒体和盖住墨盒体开口的墨盒盖,在墨盒体的一个侧面制有出墨口,出墨口中装有出墨装置,在出墨口的上面制有向外凸出透光的沟槽,沟槽的位置正插在打印机墨水检测传感器的探头内,在墨盒体内设有摆杆,摆杆的两端绕摆杆中部的转动点反向摆动,摆杆的一端是不透光的遮光板,伸在沟槽内,摆杆的另一端为浮子,当墨水使用到底部时,浮子浮在墨水面上,随墨水面的高低而摆动并带动遮光板一起运动,所述的墨盒盖上制有伸向墨盒体内的支臂,摆杆的转动点就设在支臂上。墨盒体和墨盒盖分别制造,转动点设在支臂上,制造方便,而且墨水容量大,性能可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及喷墨打印机用的墨盒,尤其涉及带感应装置的墨盒。
背景技术
目前市场上有一种墨盒,为了检测墨盒内的墨水是否用完,往往在墨盒上制有向外凸出透光的沟槽,沟槽的位置正插在打印机墨水检测传感器的探头内,在墨盒体内设有摆杆,摆杆的两端绕摆杆中部的转动点反向摆动,摆杆的一端是不透光的遮光板,伸在沟槽内,摆杆的另一端为浮子,浮子浮在墨水面上,随墨水面的高低而摆动并带动遮光板一起运动,而转动点是在墨盒体中制有摆动轴,摆杆的中部制有轴孔,装配在摆动轴上,形成转动点。墨盒内有墨水时,遮光板在沟槽内,对打印机墨水检测传感器有遮光,说明墨盒体内有墨水。而当墨盒内的墨水用完时,浮子下沉,带动感应片上翘,离开探头的检测位置,对打印机墨水检测传感器没有遮光,探头接到信号后,打印机及时地给出墨水用完的提示,以便用户采取措施。这样的检测方案比较简单,但由于摆杆的摆动轴设置在墨盒体上,这使得墨盒体的制造增加了难度,墨水的容量也减少。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是提供一种结构简单、制造容易、墨水容量大、显示直接正确的带感应装置的墨盒。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:包括储存墨水用的带开口的墨盒体和盖住墨盒体开口的墨盒盖,在墨盒体的一个侧面制有出墨口,出墨口中装有出墨装置,在出墨口的上面制有向外凸出透光的沟槽,沟槽的位置正插在打印机墨水检测传感器的探头内,在墨盒体内设有摆杆,摆杆的两端绕摆杆中部的转动点反向摆动,摆杆的一端是不透光的遮光板,伸在沟槽内,摆杆的另一端为浮子,当墨水使用到底部时,浮子浮在墨水面上,随墨水面的高低而摆动并带动遮光板一起运动,其特征在于所述的墨盒盖上制有伸向墨盒体内的支臂,摆杆的转动点就设在支臂上。
按照上述方案制造的带感应装置的墨盒,墨盒体和墨盒盖分别制造,转动点设在支臂上,制造方便、而且墨水容量大,性能可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。如图6所示。
图1、图2是墨盒体的结构示意图。它是由透光的塑料制成用于储存墨水的带开口的墨盒体1,在墨盒体的一个侧面制有出墨口2,出墨口2中装有出墨装置3,在出墨口2的上面制有向外凸出沟槽4,沟槽4的位置正插在打印机墨水检测传感器的探头内。
在墨盒体1的开口上密封有盖住开口的墨盒盖5,墨盒盖5上制有进气孔6,进气孔6下面制有进气导管7,进气导管7的前端制有一海绵腔8,内放有多孔海绵9,海绵腔8与墨盒体1内相通,在进气导管7中制有墨水防溢腔10,在海绵腔8和墨水防溢腔10表面粘有密封膜11。在墨盒盖5上制有伸向墨盒体1内的支臂12,支臂12的顶端制有连接叉13如图3、图4所示。在连接叉13上装有摆杆14,摆杆14是由比墨水比重小的不透光黑色塑料制成,摆杆14的一端是遮光板15,摆杆14的另一端为浮子16如图5所示。摆杆14的两端绕摆杆14中部的转动轴17与连接叉13连接的转动点18反向摆动,在支臂12上还制有限制遮光板15过高翘起的限位挡杆19如图6所示。
图7是墨盒体1与墨盒盖5装配后的结构示意图。装配后遮光板15插在墨盒体1的沟槽4内。当墨水20使用到底部时,浮子16浮在墨水20面上,随墨水20面的高低而摆动并带动遮光板15一起运动如图8所示。当墨盒体1内的墨水20用完时,浮子16下沉,带动遮光板15上翘,离开探头的检测位置,对打印机墨水检测传感器没有遮光如图9所示,探头接到信号后,打印机及时地给出墨水20用完的提示。

1、带感应装置的墨盒,包括储存墨水用的带开口的墨盒体和盖住墨盒体开口的墨盒盖,在墨盒体的一个侧面制有出墨口,出墨口中装有出墨装置,在出墨口的上面制有向外凸出透光的沟槽,沟槽的位置正插在打印机墨水检测传感器的探头内,在墨盒体内设有摆杆,摆杆的两端绕摆杆中部的转动点反向摆动,摆杆的一端是不透光的遮光板,伸在沟槽内,摆杆的另一端为浮子,当墨水使用到底部时,浮子浮在墨水面上,随墨水面的高低而摆动并带动遮光板一起运动,其特征在于所述的墨盒盖上制有伸向墨盒体内的支臂,摆杆的转动点就设在支臂上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带感应装置的墨盒,其特征在于所述的摆杆是由比墨水比重小的塑料制成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带感应装置的墨盒,其特征在于所述的摆杆是由黑色的塑料制成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的带感应装置的墨盒,其特征在于所述的支臂上制有限制遮光板过高翘起的限位挡杆。
5、根据权利要求1所述的带感应装置的墨盒,其特征在于所述的进气孔下面制有进气导管,进气导管的前端制有一海绵腔,内放有多孔海绵,海绵腔与墨盒体内相通。
6、根据权利要求5所述的带感应装置的墨盒,其特征在于所述的进气导管中制有墨水防溢腔。
