回转油缸测量装置
一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及数控磨床的在线测量机械,尤其是回转油缸测量装置。
二、背景技术:
目前,数控磨床在线测量机构主要靠直线油缸驱动或直线汽缸驱动,直线油缸占用空间过大对于结构紧凑的数控磨床来说很不协调。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种体积小的回转油缸测量装置,它克服了其它技术油缸行程大、占用空间位置大的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,它是由缸体、固定块、转动块、回转轴、限位块、燕尾滑块、测量支架和测量仪装置连接而成,固定块和缸体通过螺钉固定在一起,转动块和回转轴固定在一起。缸体上有2个进油孔和油管连接。缸体上、下由缸盖及密封圈严格密封。限位块和回转轴固定在一起,回转轴上下由轴承支承。燕尾滑块可进行左右方向调节,测量仪装置位于测量支架上,并上下可调节。
工作原理:测量机构工作的驱动力为回转油缸,转动块在油压的作用下和回转轴一起旋转,从而带动测量装置回转,以达到测量工件的目的。测量完毕后测量装置自身发出信号,换向节流阀使液压油换向,使油缸回转至原位,测量装置退出测量位置。
本实用新型的有益效果是:此种测量机构结构简单,加工成本低,可降低生产成本;由于其体积小,且有着可靠的定位装置,使得该机构可以在较小的空间内工作;回转油缸由液压控制,工作状态稳定。

五、具体实施方式:
在图1中,固定块2和缸体1通过螺钉固定在一起,转动块3和回转轴4固定在一起;缸体1上有2个进油孔和油管连接,缸体1上、下由缸盖及密封圈严格密封;限位块5和回转轴4固定在一起,回转轴4上下由轴承支承;燕尾滑块6可进行左右方向调节,测量仪装置8位于测量支架7上,并上下可调节。
测量机构工作的驱动力为回转油缸,转动块3在油压的作用下和回转轴4一起旋转,从而带动测量装置8回转,以达到测量工件的目的。测量完毕后测量装置自身发出信号,换向节流阀使液压油换向,使油缸回转至原位,测量装置退出测量位置。

1、回转油缸测量装置,它是由缸体(1)、固定块(2)、转动块(3)、回转轴(4)、限位块(5)、燕尾滑块(6)、测量支架(7)和测量仪装置(8)连接而成,其特征是:固定块(2)和缸体(1)通过螺钉固定在一起,转动块(3)和回转轴(4)固定在一起;燕尾滑块(6)可进行左右方向调节。
2、根据权利要求1所述的回转油缸测量装置,其特征是:缸体(1)上有2个进油孔和油管连接,缸体(1)上、下由缸盖及密封圈严格密封。
3、根据权利要求1所述的回转油缸测量装置,其特征是:限位块(5)和回转轴(4)固定在一起,回转轴(4)上下由轴承支承;测量仪装置(8)位于测量支架(7)上,并上下可调节。
