本实用新型公开一种LED路灯,包括路灯本体、固定灯杆座、透明灯罩,还包括固设于路灯本体一表面上的变压器及与另一表面相连的LED灯板,在路灯本体设置变压器的表面上还设有若干散热片,在所述路灯本体内至少设有一个通孔,孔内设有若干个散热片,散热片的设置便于将LED灯板的热量导出到空气中,及时给LED散热。从而保证了LED路灯散热充分,使LED使用寿命长,光衰变小甚至光衰变可以忽略,保证了LED路灯的亮度。

本实用新型涉及一种路灯,尤其涉及一种以LED作为光源的路灯。
背景技术
现有的LED路灯利用铝合金传导散热原理存在以下不足之处:金属铜或铝合金连接LED灯板和镇流器时LED和镇流器散热可降低LED灯板和镇流器的温度,当LED数量超过32颗以上时,这种方式就不能有效地把LED和镇流器的温度散发到空气中,因而造成整体灯箱中的温度达到70摄氏度以上,LED路灯整合在一起,外表密封,当温度升高时,LED便很快衰减,直至熄灭,不能使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED路灯,可以解决传统LED路灯散热的问题,将LED路灯温度控制在55摄氏度之内,延长LED路灯的使用寿命。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:LED路灯,包括路灯本体、固定灯杆座、透明灯罩,还包括固设于路灯本体一表面上的变压器及与另一表面相连的LED灯板,在路灯本体设置变压器的表面上还设有若干散热片,在所述路灯本体内至少设有一个通孔,孔内设有若干个散热片,散热片的设置便于将LED灯板的热量导出到空气中,及时给LED散热。
所述孔截面为椭圆形,孔长度与路灯本体长度相同。
所述透明灯罩设于前壳上,在透明灯罩与LED灯板之间还设有反射板。
采用上述结构后,路灯本体内设有多个通孔,每个通孔内设有若干个散热片,则LED灯组产生的热量通过灯板传导给路灯本体,同时因路灯在安装时与路灯杆成15度角,因此,一部分热量通过通孔排出到空气中,另一部分热量则通过路灯本体上与变压器并列设置的散热片排出,从而保证了LED路灯散热充分,使LED使用寿命长,光衰变小甚至光衰变可以忽略,保证了LED路灯的亮度。

为了使本领域技术人员更好的理解本实用新型,兹配合附图详细说明,请参考图1-2A所示,本实用新型公开了一种LED路灯,包括路灯本体1、固定灯杆座2、透明灯罩3,变压器4固定在路灯本体1的外表面上,LED灯板5固定设置于路灯本体1另一表面上,在路灯本体1设置变压器4的表面上还设有若干散热片6。在所述路灯本体1内设有多个通孔7,每个通孔7内设有若干个散热片8。散热片采用金属铝制成,具有良好的散热性能。透明灯罩4固定设置于路灯本体1的前表面上,不影响LED灯的亮度,同时防止雨水进入LED路灯内,在透明灯罩3与LED灯板5之间还设有反射板9,所述反射板7的设置便于将LED产生的光均匀的散发出来。
采用以上结构,在所述路灯本体1内设有多个通孔7,每个通孔7内设有若干个散热片8,LED发光时产生的热量通过高散热材料制成的LED灯板5传递到散热片8,散热片8将热量从通孔7中排出;另一部分传递到路灯本体1的后表面的热量则可通过散热片6散出,从而保证了LED路灯散热充分,使LED使用寿命长,光衰变小甚至光衰变可以忽略,保证了LED路灯的亮度。

1、LED路灯,包括路灯本体、固定灯杆座、透明灯罩,还包括固设于路灯本体一表面上的变压器及与另一表面相连的LED灯板,在路灯本体设置变压器的表面上还设有若干散热片,其特征在于,在所述路灯本体内至少设有一个通孔,每个通孔内设有若干个散热片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于,所述通孔截面为椭圆形,通孔长度与路灯本体长度相同。
3、根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于,所述透明灯罩设于前壳上,在透明灯罩与LED灯板之间还设有反射板。
