本实用新型涉及一种小五金器具。
背景技术
目前市场上销售应用的碰卡，卡座体积较大，结构复杂，由卡座库、卡片和弹簧组成，卡座库为半封闭结构，制作成本高，应用过程中，卡座库内的卡片与弹簧的配合易出现问题，严重者造成卡片脱落或变形，甚至丧失卡紧能力；由于卡头固定片及固定螺孔与卡头同轴向设置，若与卡座配合，需直接按装在铝合金风口上，要穿透风口表面金属板，影响美观；避免此情况就要增加一个改变90℃方向的附加固定片，上在风口侧板上，费工费料费时且不牢固；另外，由于卡座体积较大，厚度较高，难以入铝合金风口型材槽，需将内隔板掰变形后装入，不易固紧。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种新型碰卡，以解决现有技术卡座体积较大，难以入槽，结构复杂，制作成本高，卡片与弹簧的配合易出现问题，卡紧能力差，卡头直接按装在铝合金风口上需穿透风口金属板表面，影响美观等问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是将卡座制成开放式一体结构，卡座边框与卡片为一体结构，直接延伸弯制出卡片，卡座固定片对称设置于卡座两侧，卡座固定片上轴向设置卡座固定螺孔，与卡座呈直角；卡头固定片及固定螺孔轴向与卡头呈直角，卡头固定片设置在卡头支撑板内侧或外侧平行排列均可。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是卡座结构简单，缩小了体积，适宜于通用型材，简化了制作工艺，方便了固定安装，具有夹紧效果好，使用寿命长，外形美观简洁等优点。

如图所示；卡座(8)为开放式结构，卡座(8)边框与卡片(5)、卡座固定片(6)制成一体结构，卡座固定片(6)对称设置与卡座(8)两侧，卡座固定片(6)轴向设置卡座固定螺孔(7)；卡头(4)同样为一体结构，卡头(4)后部设卡头支撑板((3)，卡头支撑板((3)下端内翻或外翻制成两平行卡头固定片(1)，卡头固定片(1)及卡头固定螺孔(2)轴向与卡头(4)呈直角，卡头固定片(1)轴向设置卡头固定螺孔(2)；卡座(8)、卡头(4)均采用薄钢板在模具中一次加工成型。
