Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种双桶洗衣机进水转换阀，包括总体呈圆筒形的阀体和置于阀体内的圆筒形阀芯，阀体内沿径向开设有一个进水口、一个洗涤桶侧出水口及一个脱水桶侧出水口，进水口的走向与洗涤桶侧出水口及脱水桶侧出水口均垂直；在阀芯上与阀体相应位置也径向开设有两个相互垂直的出水孔，阀体的底部及阀芯的顶部封闭，还设置有与阀芯可拆卸连接的阀盖及控制阀芯旋转的旋钮。阀芯与阀体之间设置有密封圈，其外圆周面轴向设置有若干凸条，凸条的横截面呈圆弧形，增加了密封圈与阀体之间的配合紧密度，且旋钮的切换扭力也比较适中。密封圈耐磨、拉伸强度好，经测试，在阀芯连续旋转3000次后，密封圈没有受到损伤，仍然具有完好的密封性能。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种转换阀，具体地说是一种双桶洗衣机进水转换阀。
背景技术：
双桶洗衣机洗涤与脱水桶是分开的，通常双桶洗衣机都在控制板的洗涤及脱水侧各开一个入水管口用于进水，部分也有采用旋钮控制，但它们基本上是在控制板下使用二个导流槽，而导流槽必须设计得较大才能起到导流的作用，因此在面板的布局方面及面板上各控制钮的安装、使用方面会比较复杂，不利于操作。
实用新型内容：
为克服现有技术的缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双桶洗衣机进水转换阀，这种转换阀体积小，便于在面板上布局、安装；转换阀的密封性能及水流切换性能良好，也便于操作。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案：
双桶洗衣机进水转换阀，包括总体呈圆筒形的阀体和置于阀体内的圆筒形阀芯，阀体内沿径向开设有一个进水口、一个洗涤桶侧出水口及一个脱水桶侧出水口，进水口的走向与洗涤桶侧出水口及脱水桶侧出水口均垂直；在阀芯上与阀体相应位置也径向开设有两个相互垂直的出水孔，阀体的底部及阀芯的顶部封闭，还设置有与阀芯可拆卸连接的阀盖及控制阀芯旋转的旋钮。
本实用新型的结构特点也在于：
在阀体的内壁沿圆周面开设有一段圆心角为90°的圆弧形凹槽，相应地，在阀芯的外圆周面设有一径向延伸的可嵌插于所述凹槽的凸台。
所述进水口与进水管相连接，在进水管的外壁与进水口的内壁之间还设置有进水管密封圈。
在阀芯的外壁与阀体的内壁之间设置有与阀芯形成一体且同步旋转的密封圈，密封圈上在与阀芯出水孔相应的位置也开设有孔，在密封圈的外圆周面上轴向设置有若干凸条，所述凸条的横截面呈圆弧形。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果体现在：
1、本实用新型的转换阀，其阀体采用单进双出的结构，进水口与两个出水口均垂直，并在阀芯上径向开设有两个走向相互垂直的出水孔，通过阀芯的旋转，可将进水调整流向洗涤桶侧或脱水桶侧，带动阀芯旋转的为安装在面板上的旋钮，因此既有利于对面板进行布局设置，也便于操作，且转换阀的密封性能及水流切换性能良好。
2、本实用新型在进水管与阀体进水口之间设置有进水管密封圈，阀芯外壁与阀体内壁之间也设置有密封圈，因此大大提高了转换阀的密封性能。
3、阀芯与阀体之间密封圈的外圆周面轴向设置有若干凸条，凸条的横截面呈圆弧形，增加了密封圈与阀体之间的配合紧密度，且旋钮的切换扭力也比较适中。

具体实施方式：
实施例：本实施例的双桶洗衣机进水转换阀，包括总体呈圆筒形的阀体1，和置于阀体内的圆筒形阀芯2，阀体内径向开设有一个进水口1-1、一个洗涤桶侧出水口1-2、和一个脱水桶侧出水口1-3，进水口的走向与洗涤桶侧出水口及脱水桶侧出水口均垂直，阀芯2插入阀体1内，在阀芯上与阀体相应的位置也径向开设有两个相互垂直的出水孔22，阀体1的底部及阀芯2的顶部封闭，阀体安装在洗涤桶与脱水桶之间的面板内部，为了便于对阀芯进行旋转操作，在面板上还设有与阀芯可拆卸连接的阀盖3，旋钮4安装在面板上，可带动及控制阀芯在阀体内旋转。旋钮与定时器等其他旋钮外表一致，使得洗衣机面板的布局更加合理和美观。
参见图3A、图3B，在阀体的内壁沿圆周面开设有一段圆心角为90°的圆弧形凹槽1-4，相应地，在阀芯的外圆周面设有一个径向延伸的可嵌插于所述凹槽的凸台2-1，当用旋钮4带动阀芯2在阀体1内旋转时，阀芯只能转动90°的范围，图3A所示，当向洗涤桶内供水时，凸台被限位在凹槽的一端，阀芯上的两个出水孔恰好与阀体的进水口和洗涤桶侧出水口重合；同理，图3B所示，需向脱水桶侧供水时，利用旋钮将阀芯旋转90°，此时凸台被限位在凹槽的另一端，阀芯上的两个出水孔恰好与阀体的进水口和脱水桶侧出水口重合。
具体装配时，图1所示，在阀体的进水口连接一段进水管5，进水管的一端插入阀体进水口内，另一端从洗衣机的面板背面穿出，改为后进水方式，这样不仅使洗衣机的面板更为简洁、美观，又不至于因在面板前部连接自来水管妨碍洗涤工作。为了防止进水管5与阀体进水口1-1的连接处漏水，在进水管外壁与进水口内壁之间设置有进水管密封圈6。因阀体1的底部及阀芯2的顶部封闭，水由进水管进入阀芯内腔，当由洗涤桶侧进水转变为脱水桶侧进水时，水压会产生变化，为避免水从阀体内壁与阀芯外壁之间渗出，产生漏水现象，图2所示，在阀芯的外壁与阀体的内壁之间设置有与阀芯形成一体且同步旋转的密封圈7，密封圈7的外壁与阀体内壁过盈配合，在密封圈上在与阀芯出水孔相应的位置也开设有孔，便于水由阀芯内腔流出，为加强密封圈与阀体内壁的配合紧密度，在密封圈的外圆周面上轴向设置有若干凸条8，所述凸条8的横截面呈圆弧形，使得旋钮的切换扭力比较适中，具体制作时，密封圈采用热塑性弹性体制作，其耐磨、拉伸强度好，经测试，在阀芯连续旋转3000次后，密封圈没有受到损伤，仍然具有完好的密封性能。

Claims (4)

1、双桶洗衣机进水转换阀，其特征在于，包括总体呈圆筒形的阀体(1)和置于阀体内的圆筒形阀芯(2)，阀体内沿径向开设有一个进水口(1-1)、一个洗涤桶侧出水口(1-2)及一个脱水桶侧出水口(1-3)，进水口的走向与洗涤桶侧出水口及脱水桶侧出水口均垂直；在阀芯上与阀体相应位置也径向开设有两个相互垂直的出水孔，阀体的底部及阀芯的顶部封闭，还设置有与阀芯可拆卸连接的阀盖(3)及控制阀芯旋转的旋钮(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双桶洗衣机进水转换阀，其特征在于，在阀体的内壁沿圆周面开设有一段圆心角为90°的圆弧形凹槽，相应地，在阀芯的外圆周面设有一径向延伸的可嵌插于所述凹槽的凸台(2-1)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的双桶洗衣机进水转换阀，其特征在于，所述进水口(1-1)与进水管(5)相连接，在进水管的外壁与进水口的内壁之间还设置有进水管密封圈(6)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的双桶洗衣机进水转换阀，其特征在于，在阀芯的外壁与阀体的内壁之间设置有与阀芯形成一体且同步旋转的密封圈(7)，密封圈上在与阀芯出水孔相应的位置也开设有孔，在密封圈的外圆周面上轴向设置有若干凸条(8)，所述凸条的横截面呈圆弧形。
