Abstract

背景技术
对于煤、砂石、化肥等物料的装卸，一般都是人工装卸，工作环境差，费时费力，劳动强度较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于一种方便装卸物料的轮式上料机。
本实用新型技术方案是：一种轮式上料机，包括一旋转的轮体，轮体由轮辐支撑设置在主轴上，主轴由轴承安装在支架上，主轴一侧设有皮带轮由电机上的皮带轮带动，轮体的周边间隔设置若干个装料斗，轮体下方对应料斗处设有物料输送装置。
本实用新型轮式上料机，在轮体上设有若干个装料斗，轮体转动时，装料斗由低向高运动，用于挖料、装料和倒料作用，最终将原料卸到物料输送装置的皮带上，方便装卸和运输。

如图1所示，一种轮式上料机，包括一旋转的轮体2，轮体由轮辐9支撑设置在主轴3上，主轴由轴承安装在支架7上，主轴一侧设有皮带轮4由电机6上的皮带轮5带动，轮体的周边间隔设置若干个装料斗1，轮体下方对应装料斗处设有物料输送装置8。工作时，本实用新型可以与小四轮拖拉机配套，移动灵活，方便装卸物料。
