本实用新型涉及一种尿素溶液输送软管。
背景技术
欧4排放标准柴油车,利用选择性催化还原(SCR)排气后处理系统处理氮氧化物(NOx),以达到符合环保法规要求,主要原理是通过在尾气处理器中定量喷入AdBlue(即32.5%的尿素溶液)来处理氮氧化物(NOx),但尿素是一种呈碱性的盐,鉴于汽车的本身特点,尿素溶液输送管不可能采用工业上常用的输送管,而目前普通的车用管,难以兼顾耐腐蚀及强度,存在渗透量大、易腐蚀、易堵塞的风险。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能应用于汽车的尿素溶液输送软管。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它包括尼龙外管,所述尼龙外管内设有由乙烯—四氟乙烯共聚物构成的内管,所述内管和外管结合为一体。
通过以上技术方案,本实用新型所提供的尿素溶液输送管既具有足够的强度、柔软性和耐老化,又不易渗透,且可以防止尿素结晶附着在软管内壁上,良好地保证了尿素溶液在管路里的流动,具有耐腐蚀和低磨耗的优点,能适用车用要求,适于汽车应用。

具体实施方式
参照附图。本实用新型包括尼龙外管2,所述尼龙外管2内设有由乙烯—四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)构成的内管1,所述内管和外管结合为一体。
所述尼龙外管2可采用PA12(由ω-十二内酰胺开环聚合或由12-氨基十二酸缩聚而得,俗称尼龙12)材料。所述内管1的ETFE材料属于一种氟塑料,具有抗渗透、耐腐蚀且低磨耗的特点。所述尼龙外管2的PA12材料具有增加软管的强度、降低成本、耐磨和耐老化的特点。
所述内管1和尼龙外管2通过复合挤出技术制成结合为一体的复合结构。在生产时,将ETFE、PA12塑料粒子分别加入复合挤出机的料斗,在规定的温度、时间下烘干;调整挤出机各段的温度,使之符合工艺要求;复合挤出,调整内外层厚度,ETFE内层厚度在0.1~0.3mm,PA12外层厚度在0.7~0.9mm之间;挤出软管通过定径套冷却定型,在牵引机牵引下盘卷;成型软管裁断,安装快速接头。
