Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种移动式预制沼气池,其结构是在发酵池的上部设有进料口和出气口,其中发酵池是由钢筋混凝土制成;在发酵池的池顶上设有伸入发酵池内液面的回流管,回流管连通有缓冲池。本沼气池在生产制做时,是在钢板模具上用钢筋混凝土浇筑而成,既避免了现场砌筑和现场浇筑方法制造的沼气池的不足又能有效地降低生产成本。本沼气池预制后可以移动,可将其放置在加压水池内进行灌水、加压检测,能有效地检测其是否漏气,避免了传统沼气池无法检测的不足。本沼气池采用坚固、耐用的钢筋混凝土制作而成,使用寿命较长。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气发生装置,尤其是一种移动式预制沼气池。
背景技术
据统计,我国8亿农民的生活燃料中约80%是直接燃烧柴草和作物秸秆,浪费掉大批可用作饲料、肥料的可用资源,而且这些柴草、秸秆的燃烧效率很低,不适合我国农村的发展。我国早在30年前就开始了农用沼气池的研究、推广,以取代上述的秸秆等燃烧方式。传统的沼气池均采用现场挖坑、现场砌筑或水泥浇筑的施工方法。上述的沼气池存在有下述缺点:1、施工生产的成本高;2、无有效地检测手段,不能检查出沼气池是否漏气;3、沼气池的主体较为酥软,使用寿命较短,有些沼气池使二三年后即出现裂缝,无法使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能有效的检测是否漏气、使用寿命长且制作成本较低的移动式预制沼气池。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型在发酵池的上部设有进料口和出气口,其中发酵池是由钢筋混凝土制成;在发酵池的池顶上设有伸入发酵池内液面的回流管,回流管连通有缓冲池。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本实用新型在生产制做时,是在钢板模具上用钢筋混凝土浇筑而成,既避免了现场砌筑和现场浇筑方法制造的沼气池的不足又能有效地降低生产成本。本实用新型预制后可以移动,可将其放置在加压水池内进行灌水、加压检测,能有效地检测其是否漏气,避免了传统沼气池无法检测的不足。本实用新型采用坚固、耐用的钢筋混凝土制作而成,使用寿命较长。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,本沼气池的发酵池3中部为圆筒状,池顶为伞状,池底为向下的锥形,以有效的增加发酵池3的容积。在发酵池3伞状的池顶上设有进料口1和出气口5,进料口1用密封盖6密封,出气口5可为在密封盖6中部的开口。本沼气池内的沼液通过出气管连通出气口5和灶具,使沼气用于生产生活。发酵池3池顶的伞形空间为积气室,作为容纳沼气所用,以保持本沼气池的供气稳定性。本沼气池的池底设置为向下的锥形,以沉积池内不易腐烂的、比重大于沼液的固体。
如图1、2、3所示,本沼气池在发酵池3的上侧面设有伸入发酵池内液面的回流管2,在安装使用时将厕所与回流管2连通,以使厕所内的粪便等从回流管2内流入发酵池。最好在发酵池的池顶上设有2或3根回流管2,在安装使用时将回流管2分别连通厕所、废水管或猪圈等,以使各种排泄物或废液等从回流管2流入发酵池。本沼气池在发酵池3上部设有连通各回流管的缓冲池7。本沼气池可先预制不带有缓冲池7的池体,在安装时,将池体埋入深坑后,用水泥或砖块浇筑缓冲池7。本沼气池设置回流管2和缓冲池7后,可有效地自动调节发酵池3内的压力,并且在调压的同时不会造成发酵池3内的发酵液回流至厕所。当发酵池3内气压上升时,池内的部分沼液在气压的作用下通过回流管2流入缓冲池7,从而减少发酵池3内的气压;当发酵池3内气压降低时,缓冲池7内的沼液通过回流管2回流到发酵池3内,增大发酵池3内的气压,保持沼气恒定的输出。缓冲池7的设置,可有效的对溢出的沼液起到缓冲作用,防止其从厕所等地方溢出。本沼气池可在连通厕所的回流管2上设置单向向发酵池3流通的单向阀,以更有效的以防止沼液从厕所溢出。
如图2所示,本沼气池在发酵池3内底面设有不规则排列的搅流凸起4,以使池内的沼液在发酵流动时产生不规律的搅流,从而充分搅拌发酵池3内的沼液,使沼液充分的发酵,提高沼气产生的速度和效率。
本沼气池发酵池是由钢筋混凝土制成。在生产制做时,在钢板模具上用钢筋混凝土浇筑,等钢筋混凝土凝固后,将钢板模具拆除既可。本沼气池不用采用现场挖坑、现场砌筑或水泥浇筑的施工方法。其中,本沼气池的缓冲池7可与发酵池一起预制,也可在安装时再用砖砌或水泥浇筑而成。本沼气池制作完成后,将其放置到事先挖好的加压池内,将本沼气池的所有开口密封,向加压池内灌水、加压,既可检测出本沼气池是否漏气,如不漏气方可使用。
本沼气池在首次使用时,添加新鲜牛粪2.5m3,如果使用家庭有3—5人的成员,并养有2头猪,则一年内不用再次填料;如不养猪,则每季度需填料0.3m3的猪粪,每年费用60元,既可满足3—5人的做饭、照明等使用。

1、一种移动式预制沼气池,其在发酵池的上部设有进料口和出气口,其特征在于:发酵池是由钢筋混凝土制成;在发酵池的池顶上设有伸入发酵池内液面的回流管,回流管连通有缓冲池。
2、根据权利要求1所述的移动式预制沼气池,其特征在于在发酵池的池顶上设有2或3根回流管;各回流管均与缓冲池连通。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的移动式预制沼气池,其特征在于所述的发酵池的池底呈下锥形。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的移动式预制沼气池,其特征在于在发酵池内底面设有不规则排列的搅流凸起。
5、根据权利要求3所述的移动式预制沼气池,其特征在于在发酵池内底面设有不规则排列的搅流凸起。
