Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种自动隔离浮渣破壳沼气池,是在现有沼气池的基础上,在主池中部或中上部设计一弧形隔渣拱盖板,在拱盖板上均匀分布若干通水通气孔。本自动隔离浮渣破壳沼气池自动隔渣破壳率高达100%,产气率要比普通池型提高25%,不需另建贮气池。隔渣层板能把所有入池发酵的易浮物渣强制性地隔压在挡渣层板以下,使渣物得于本发酵池沼液水的浸泡而全部利用产气,使池内既能多产气又能多贮气。该池型还可以使用大量的农作物秸秆、杂草等植物原料入池发酵产气,拓宽沼气池的原料来源,并能长期保持高效自动破壳功能运转使用。

Description

自动隔离浮渣破壳沼气池
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气池,尤其是一种自动隔离浮渣破壳沼气池。
背景技术
目前我国社会上已有的沼气池采用的破壳技术有:①池外人工用木杆、抽渣器搅拌池内沼液破壳;②池外人工用桶装取本池沼液倒入池内破壳;③池外人工抽取池内沼液返压回池自动翻倒冲击浮渣破壳;④满池装料装液发酵破壳。采用这四种破壳方法,前三种尚不能解决自动压渣破壳效果,池内大量的发酵浮渣物仍浮于池内水面,造成池内大量的浮渣结壳层物集压于池内水面,并且浮渣物占用上部贮气空间,两、三年后,结壳严重影响到池内下部沼气气体的释放,使建好使用的沼气池逐年产气率下降,最后导致不能使用。第四种方法即满池装料装液发酵破壳的缺点主要是会严重影响到主池装气贮气,达不到本主池多装气贮气要求,需再建分层贮气或者浮罩池贮气,造成投资成本开支过大,用户难以承受。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能把所有入池发酵的易浮物渣隔压在隔渣层板下,从而使产气率提高25%,不需另建贮气池,还省掉开盖下池出料排渣等工序,即能多产气又能高效运转的自动隔离浮渣破壳沼气池。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:
利用钢筋混凝土自动隔离浮渣破壳层拱板将所有入池发酵的原料,被隔渣层全部充分利用产气。设计时将该自动隔离浮渣拱盖板上均匀分布预留有多个、直径约4厘米的通水通气孔,这些孔眼不仅起到通水通气的作用,而且还可以预防浮渣物溢出水面或者渣物堵塞。其原理是:(1)隔渣层拱板上通水通气的孔眼很小,孔眼的个数虽然很多,但整个隔渣层拱板孔眼的占用面积只有整个隔渣拱板面积的6.4%,隔浮挡渣板占面积是93.6%。(2)入池发酵的易浮物质本身有相互连制作用,被隔压的浮渣物多,形成多连制少的作用,浮渣物不会从孔眼浮溢出隔渣层板的上部水面。(3)池内本身用气是在一种静动环境条件下工作运行,而不是滚动料液运行工作。(4)隔渣破壳板是建在池内正常水位线以下,发酵池中上部之间浮渣物得于沼水浸泡。因此,浮渣物与隔离层长期处在池内沼液的浸泡下,被隔挡的渣物经过溶解腐烂后,只能下沉池底,而不能冲破隔渣层上浮于池内水面,池内产气、池外用气,池内水经常得于上升下降,在上升和下降的同时,隔渣层板上部的水,随着产气用气下降而上升时,水气经过孔眼就会自行疏通孔眼,使渣物自动下沉池底,后再用手动抽渣器将池底的下沉渣物从排渣管排出。由于产气时气压水储积压力,气将发酵池内的水压送到水压池内,池内水面下降,而水压池内的水上升;用气时水压气,输送气体,将气体送到需要的灯炉灶具使用。这时,池内气压减少,水压池内的水下降返回池内,池内的水上升,回到原位。循环往复,这就是产贮用、用产再储、再用再产的循环原理。因此,日常管理沼气池进出料时,池内气压越少进料越容易,池内气压越高,抽渣料就越省力。
结构特征是:在现有沼气池的基础上,在主池中部或中上部设计一弧形隔渣拱盖板,在拱盖板上均匀分布若干通水通气孔。
本自动隔离浮渣破壳沼气池的优点和积极效果是:自动隔渣破壳率高达100%,产气率要比普通池型提高25%,不需另建贮气池。隔渣层板能把所有入池发酵的易浮物渣强制性地隔压在挡渣层板以下,使渣物得于本发酵池沼液水的浸泡而全部利用产气,又避免了浮渣物上浮于池内水面而结壳积累增多,从而扩大了池内贮气空气容积量,使池内既能多产气又能多贮气。该池型还可以使用大量的农作物秸杆、杂草等植物原料入池发酵产气,拓宽沼气池的原料来源,隔渣层采用钢筋混凝土现捣结构经久耐用,与池体使用寿命年限同存,并能长期保持高效自动破壳功能运转使用。隔渣物经过腐烂溶解产气过期后会自动下沉池低,便于在池外用抽渣器抽排出池外,减轻了用户开盖出渣的烦琐管理手续,同时也可省掉了人工开盖下池大出料排渣,造成“沼气中毒”等一系列不安全隐患事故的发生。另外,该池型经过研制设计并建成试产后,能高效运转使用,后又经开盖检查证实,池内水面无任何浮渣结壳层物浮于水面,自动隔渣破壳完全达到设计的效果要求。

具体实施方式
本沼气池整体结构为锅型圆桶池,主要由沼气池主体1、主池水压池2、主池拱盖3、水压管4、发酵池7、隔渣层拱板8、进料管9、抽渣管11等组成。
一般将池做成池容8立方米,沼气池主体1直径为外径2.9米、内2.7米,池子总深度2.35米,池墙、底拱捣浆厚度10厘米。沼气池主体1内由主池拱盖3和弧形锅底构成一密封的主池,主池拱盖3中间开口设活动盖5,活动盖5上插入一导气管14,主池拱盖3与沼气池表面平盖15之间形成主池抽渣池13、主池水压池2,在主池抽渣池13上部与表面平盖15之间设进料管回流口12,在主池水压池2上部与表面平盖15之间设溢流口17。在主池中部或中上部设计安装一弧形隔渣拱盖板8,盖过整个池面,在拱盖板8上均匀分布若干通水通气孔6,拱盖板8将主池分为上部是贮气间16,下部是发酵池7,主池内正常保持料液水位线10需稍高过隔渣拱盖板8。在水压池2上部、主池活动盖上部、抽渣管11上部、进料管9上部均设有带手提扣环的活动盖5。发酵池池墙高度1米,锅底池深度35厘米,水压池、抽渣池深度75厘米,水压池容积3立方米,抽渣池容积0.6立方米。还可根据需要做大做小。
池内部共有三根管(进料管、抽渣管、水压管)均采用沼气专用预制管道。进料管9:池拱直管进料安装斜度为75°;抽渣管11:安装斜度为80°,此管安装插至发酵池7底;水压管4:安装在水压池2内,安装斜度为90°,上管口安装平于水压池池底,下管口插入发酵池内。
