技术领域
本实用新型涉及两种分布器，特别涉及安装在填料塔内不同位置的两种带齿形堰的溢流槽式分布器和液体分布器。
背景技术
在化工企业使用精馏分离各种化工产品时，在分离产品的分离效率方面，起决定作用的是液体分布器(特别是填料塔)。填料塔主要为气体与沿填料表面流下的液体进行传质，具备分离效率高，通量大，压降小等优点，在工业中已获得广泛的应用。但填料塔分布器安装要求水平高、结构复杂、造价高、堵塞倾向严重、强化传质效果差，在化工生产过程中，常因分布器堵塞造成装置停车检修而影响生产，增加生产成本，影响经济效益。
发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种填料塔的两种带齿形堰的溢流槽式分布器和液体分布器安装在塔体内不同位置，分布均匀性大大提高，操作弹性大，延长了使用时间，且便于检修，节约生产成本。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
填料塔的汽液分布器，包括塔体、塔体内的带齿形堰的溢流槽式分布器和升气管分布器及回流口，其特征在于：所述的溢流槽式分布器安装在回流口下方。
本实用新型的填料塔的分布器，所述的带齿形堰的溢流槽式分布器，上部由一个底部开设有多个液体小孔、侧板开设有多个溢流齿孔的U型分布槽和下部由若干底部开设有多个液体小孔的U型分布槽构成。

附图为本实用新型的一种具体实例。该实施例包括塔体1、塔体1内的带齿形堰的溢流槽式分布器2和升气管分布器3，为了使流体分布均匀，溢流槽式分布器2安装在塔体回流口4的下方。为了流体分布均匀性大大提高，操作弹性大，在其他流体进口下方安装液体管分布器。为气体与沿填料表面流下的液体进行传质，所有分布器与塔壁间隙用石棉线塞紧。

1.填料塔的汽液分布器，包括塔体(1)、塔体内(1)内的带齿形堰的溢流槽式分布器(3)和升气管分布器(4)及回流口(5)，其特征在于：所述的溢流槽式分布器安装在回流口下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的填料塔的汽液分布器，其特征在于：所述的带齿形堰的溢流槽式分布器，上部由一个底部开设有多个液体小孔、侧板开设有多个溢流齿孔的U型分布槽和下部由若干底部开设有多个液体小孔的U型分布槽构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的填料塔的汽液分布器，其特征在于：所述的升气管分布器采用盘式分布器，其上部升气管间隔设置，下部受液管间隔设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的填料塔的汽液分布器，其特征在于：所述的分布器与塔壁间隙塞紧有石棉线。
