Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电梯轿厢光幕安装结构,光幕固定在轿厢前壁的立柱上。所述的光幕的电缆线从轿厢门柱上开设的孔中穿过轿厢。本实用新型的将光幕与轿门分开设置,一方面使得轿门的设计更为灵活、易于满足国标的安全性规定;另一方面光幕相对轿厢的“静止”,有利于光幕布线、提高工作的可靠性,并且使得轿门更为美观。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及对电梯轿厢光幕安装结构的改进,应用在观光电梯中,属于电梯技术领域。
背景技术
GB 7588-2003电梯制造与安装安全规范中规定:轿门关闭后,轿门门扇与层门门扇之间及各门扇与立柱、门楣、地坎之间的间隙应尽可能小,对于乘客电梯其值不得大于6mm。为避免拖曳孩子的手,对动力驱动的自动水平滑动的玻璃门,应采取措施使危险减至最小,其中减小门扇之间及门扇与立柱、门楣、地坎之间的间隙便是可采取的措施之一。目前电梯的光幕都安装在轿门门扇上,随轿门一起做开闭运动,为了满足上述国标的规定,轿门门扇与轿厢前壁之间的距离D不得大于6mm(参见附图1),这就使得门扇面板固定端的内部靠近轿厢一侧的空间狭小,不利于固定端内部固定面板的结构优化以及整个轿门强度的提高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有电梯轿厢光幕安装结构之不足而提供一种能够使电梯轿门结构设计变得更加灵活的安装方式。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种电梯轿厢光幕安装结构,光幕固定在轿厢前壁的立柱上。
所述的光幕的电缆线从轿厢门柱上开设的孔中穿过轿厢。
由于上述技术方案的采用,将光幕与轿门分开设置,一方面使得轿门的设计更为灵活、易于满足国标的安全性规定;另一方面光幕相对轿厢的“静止”,有利于光幕布线、提高工作的可靠性,并且使得轿门更为美观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明:参见图3,一种电梯轿厢光幕安装结构,光幕2固定在轿厢1前壁的立柱上,光幕2的侧面距离轿门门扇4的面板的距离为B,光幕2的顶端、底端距离轿门门扇固定端的距离均为C,图3中门柱距离轿门门扇固定端的距离为A,其中A=B=C并且三者的数值小于等于6mm,符合国标安全性要求。
由于上述安装结构的采用,参见图3,轿门门扇4的面板可以轻松的直接安装到轿门门扇固定端内;对比图1,传统方式中,将光幕2安装在轿门门扇4上,轿门门扇4的面板与轿门门扇固定端在靠近轿厢一侧是对齐的,那么必须要将轿门门扇4的面板的顶侧和底侧磨削一定厚度才能顺利安装到轿门门扇固定端内,磨削加工复杂、成本高。
所述的光幕2的电缆线3从轿厢1门柱上开设的孔中穿过轿厢1,所述的光幕2及电缆线3相对轿厢1静止设置,不仅布线容易而且故障率低。

1、一种电梯轿厢光幕安装结构,其特征在于:光幕(2)固定在轿厢(1)前壁的立柱上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电梯轿厢光幕安装结构,其特征在于:所述的光幕(2)的电缆线(3)从轿厢(1)门柱上开设的孔中穿过轿厢(1)。
