本实用新型涉及一种编织设备的改良,尤其与一种编织机的喂纱咀的改良结构有关。
背景技术:
在纺织行业中,现有编织机的喂纱咀的结构如图1所示,其包括喂纱棒1’,导轮21’、22’,喂纱棒上设有两瓷眼11’,12’,其中11’为加纱瓷眼,12’为加氨纶丝瓷眼,此种结构的喂纱咀在双面织时,不管上盘还是下盘加氨轮丝3时,氨纶丝3都是通过瓷眼12’进入,工作时,当需上、下盘加氨纶丝3时,须通过调整喂纱棒上两导轮21’、22’的角度,才能做到加氨轮丝3不翻丝,且一般需经验丰富的师傅才能调整好,一般的操作工人无法做到,造成操作繁琐复杂。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单、操作方便的喂纱咀的改良结构。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
编织机喂纱咀的改良结构,包括:喂纱棒、导轮,加纱通道,及加氨轮丝通道,所述的加氨轮丝通道为在喂纱棒右下方设置的相互垂直的两通槽A、B。所述的两通槽宽度为0.6MM。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型将现有技术的加氨轮丝的瓷眼改为铣出两通槽A、B,此种结构的喂纱咀上盘上加氨轮纱时通过A槽进入,下盘加氨轮丝,氨纶丝通过B槽进入,只要喂纱咀调整好了,不管是上盘还是下盘加氨轮丝,角度都随着固定,操作起来简单方便。

具体实施方式:
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型进一步详述。
参阅图2所示为本实用新型的实施例,编织机喂纱咀的改良结构,包括:喂纱棒1、导轮2,加纱通道11,及加氨轮丝通道12,所述的加氨轮丝3通道为在喂纱棒右下方设置的相互垂直的两通槽A121、B122,在实际使用中,所述的两通槽宽度可为0.6MM。
工作时,上盘加氨纶丝3时,氨纶丝经导轮通过A处槽121进入,氨纶丝的角度由A槽来决定,当下盘加氨纶丝时,氨纶丝经导轮通过B处槽122进入,同样,氨纶丝的角度由B槽决定,只要喂纱嘴调整好了,不管是上盘还是下盘加氨纶丝,角度都随着固定,操作起来简单方便。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型将现有技术的加氨轮丝的瓷眼改为铣出两通槽A、B,只要喂纱咀调整好了,不管是上盘还是下盘加氨轮丝,角度都随着固定,故加氨纶丝变得很简单,连操作工均可完成,操作起来简单方便。

1、编织机喂纱咀的改良结构,包括:喂纱棒、导轮,加纱通道,及加氨轮丝通道,其特征在于:所述的加氨轮丝通道为在喂纱棒右下方设置的相互垂直的两通槽。
2、如权利要求1所述的编织机喂纱咀的改良结构,其特征在于所述的两通槽宽度为0.6MM。
