本实用新型涉及一种固体物料分选设备，具体涉及一种振动筛。
背景技术
振动筛做为一种物料分选设备，广泛应用于化工、冶金、医药、建材等行业，现有的振动筛主要由筛体和振动装置组成，筛分效果取决于筛体的大小、材质及振动装置产生的振动力，由于筛体大小受场地、生产成本大小的影响，不可能做的很大，振动电机的转速、振动频率也是固定的，从而导致筛分效率低、噪声大、对比重大以及细小的物料甚至不能筛分，使其适用范围受到一定局限；同时还有结构复杂、体积大、造价高等不足。
发明内容
为解决以上现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、体积小，成本低、筛分效果好的振动筛。
本实用新型技术方案是：
一种振动筛，包括底座、筛架体、筛网、压网圈、中框、底框、上盖、振动电机、坚固带等，其底座上部固定有弹簧、弹簧上部固定筛架体、筛网置于筛架体上部，并通过压网圈将筛网的周边与筛架体的中框压紧，在筛网与筛架体上部的隔板中间设置弹跳球，振动电机设置于底座上部，筛架体的下方，所述振动电机为变频振动电机。
本实用新型和现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：一是结构简单、体积小，成本低；二通过设置弹跳球，增加了筛网的激振力，可对细小的物料进行筛分，筛分效果提高；三是使用变频振动电机，节能效果明显。

如图1所示：一种振动筛，包括底座1、筛架体3、筛网6、压网圈5、中框9、底框11、上盖8、振动电机4、坚固带10等，其底座1上部固定有弹簧2、弹簧2上部固定筛架体3、筛网6置于筛架体3上部，并通过压网圈5将筛网6的周边与筛架体3的中框9压紧，在筛网6与筛架体3上部的隔板中间设置弹跳球7，振动电机4设置于底座1上部，筛架体3的下方，所述振动电机4为变频振动电机。
