筛料板用于放置待筛选物料进行筛选，因为药物中一些成分的颗粒大小不一致，需要通过筛选分离，以获得需要的大小，筛料板进行筛料时，如果震动大，里面的药物会洒出，震动小的话就不能很好的达到筛料的效果。

一种高效简易筛料机的筛料板，包括有板罩1、侧板2、筛网3、齿槽4，侧板2对称围成方形结构，筛网3固定密封在侧板2所围成的方形结构下端敞口处，板罩1为半圆筒槽状结构，一边可转动安装在一块侧板2上，圆筒状直径为连接侧板2到对边侧板2的距离，齿槽4固定在筛网3的下端中心位置，将此装置顶在配套凸轮上面，凸轮卡在齿槽内，将待筛药物放到筛网上，盖上板罩1，启动驱动凸轮装置即可。
