本实用新型属于过滤材料类，具体是一种可拆式过滤碟，包括支撑板、烧结毡，其特征在于：支撑板内有空腔，支撑板上有许多孔，烧结毡包在支撑板外，带有内衬多孔圈和内包边。本实用新型的烧结毡是主要的过滤元件，支撑板是主要的支撑元件，内衬多孔圈及内包边是主要的密封件。烧结毡包在支撑板外，支撑板内有空腔形成，而支撑板是由强度高的钢板做成，在外力的作用下液体由外通过烧结毡流向支撑板的空腔内，形成收集的过程。本实用新型拆装方便；采用支撑元件，承受能力强，强度高；和传统产品相比，能彻底清洗骨架，从而有效提高过滤性能和使用寿命。

背景技术
传统过滤产品中，有采用烧结毡作为过滤元件，但普通的烧结毡强度不高，易杯破坏，使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种结构更加合理、强度更高、使用寿命更长的可拆式过滤碟。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种可拆式过滤碟，包括支撑板、烧结毡，其特征在于：支撑板内有空腔，支撑板上有许多孔，烧结毡包在支撑板外，带有内衬多孔圈和内包边。
本实用新型的烧结毡是主要的过滤元件，支撑板是主要的支撑元件，内衬多孔圈及内包边是主要的密封件。烧结毡包在支撑板外，支撑板内有空腔形成，而支撑板是由强度高的钢板做成，在外力的作用下液体由外通过烧结毡流向支撑板的空腔内，形成收集的过程。本实用新型拆装方便；采用支撑元件，承受能力强，强度高；和传统产品相比，能彻底清洗骨架，从而有效提高过滤性能和使用寿命。
