Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种LED节能灯,包括玻璃管、固定该玻璃管的基座、位于基座顶端的灯头,玻璃管内设置与灯头电连接的线路板,线路板上安装若干LED颗粒。本实用新型的优点是:用LED光源替代节能灯紫外光撞击磷光剂所产生的荧光,光源无紫外线、红外线等辐射,且能避免荧光灯管破裂溢出的汞等污染物质,废旧灯管可回收再利用;利用节能灯外形的优点,增加了灯具的表面积,提供了良好的散热条件,解决了由于LED聚集导致的局部温度过高的问题,减小了LED寿命受温度的影响;克服了LED发光角度的局限,达到了立体效果,使灯的光线全角度化。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED节能灯,属于照明灯具领域。
背景技术
目前市场较流行的节能灯的工作原理是利用镇流器提供一个高电压,在钨电极两端产生一道电弧。这道电弧激发汞蒸气原子,使它们发射紫外光子。光子撞击灯泡玻璃上的磷光剂涂层,使它们发射可见光(荧光)。该设计所存在的问题是:荧光灯内部的磷光剂涂层无法发出某些波长的光线,发出的光线较刺眼。此外荧光灯管若破裂会溢出汞等污染物。
目前市场上也有大量的LED灯具,但由于LED是小颗粒封装,使用时要有线路板的支撑。受到线路板的平面性和LED本身发光角度的限制,大部分LED灯具发光角度小,同时由于在同一平面内聚集大量的LED颗粒,导致温度过高等现象。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述,本实用新型的目的是提供一种用LED光源替代节能灯紫外光子撞击磷光剂所产生的荧光,并吸取节能灯的灯管结构将LED颗粒分散在灯管中,从而解决LED灯具发光角度小,温度高等问题。
为此,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:
一种LED节能灯,包括玻璃管、固定该玻璃管的基座、位于基座顶端的灯头,其特征在于:
所述玻璃管内设置与所述灯头电连接的线路板;
该线路板上安装若干LED颗粒。
进一步地:
所述玻璃管内设置线路板支撑板,所述线路板固定于该支撑板上。
所述支撑板呈圆形。
所述线路板呈长条形。
所述玻璃管为U形玻璃管。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.用Led光源替代节能灯紫外光撞击磷光剂所产生的荧光。光源无紫外线、红外线等辐射,且能避免荧光灯管破裂溢出的汞等污染物质,废旧灯管可回收再利用。
2.吸取了节能灯的外形结构将LED分散在独立的U型管内,外形优美、成本低廉。
3.利用节能灯外形的优点,增加了灯具的表面积,提供了良好的散热条件,解决了由于LED聚集导致的局部温度过高的问题,减小了LED寿命受温度的影响。
4.通过对U型管设计LED的合理布局,克服了LED发光角度的局限,达到了立体效果,使灯的光线全角度化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作详细说明。
本实用新型为一种LED节能灯,如图3所示,它包括玻璃管4、固定该玻璃管的基座5、位于基座5顶端的灯头6,如图1所示,玻璃管4内设置与灯头6电连接的线路板1,该线路板上1安装若干LED颗粒2。
其中:
玻璃管4选用U形玻璃管。将支撑LED颗粒2的线路板1做成长条形,线路板1的宽度小于U型玻璃管的内径,板长较U型管的长度稍短。利用LED颗粒小的优势,将LED颗粒2焊接在长条线路板1上。在玻璃管4内设置圆形的线路板支撑板3(图2),将焊接有LED的长条线路板1固定在支撑板3上,根据具体灯具的U型灯管的个数调节线路板1的数量和角度,调整好后将其固定,然后封装到U型玻璃管4中。最后接上LED驱动电源,封装在节能灯塑件基座5内。
需要说明的是,玻璃管4也可以选用直形管。玻璃管4内也可不设支撑板。

1.一种LED节能灯,包括玻璃管、固定该玻璃管的基座、位于基座顶端的灯头,其特征在于:
所述玻璃管内设置与所述灯头电连接的线路板;
该线路板上安装若干LED颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于:
所述玻璃管内设置线路板支撑板,所述线路板固定于该支撑板上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于:
所述支撑板呈圆形。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于:
所述线路板呈长条形。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED节能灯,其特征在于:
所述玻璃管为U形玻璃管。
