Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种灯头座与灯管座连接结构,该灯头座包括相互扣合的上盖及下盖,下盖设有两个开口朝下的容槽,两容槽之间设有通孔;一卡座位于下盖内,其外侧按压面外露于下盖外表面,其内端设有卡勾位于通孔上方;该灯管座包括两个柱状管套用以固定连接在灯管向上延伸两个管脚上,两管套之间设有连接部,连接部上设有卡槽;组装时,灯管座的两管套及连接部插于灯头座的两容槽及通孔内,且卡座的卡勾卡于卡槽内。所述的灯管座结构相当简单,尺寸也很小,所需要的材料相对现有同类产品来说大幅减少,因此当灯管损坏而要更换时,所要丢弃的材料很少,可以大大减少材料的浪费。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明装置,尤指一种灯头座与灯管座连接结构。
背景技术
目前,许多节能灯都设置成可拆换式结构,可拆卸的部位通常包括灯头与灯头座之间,及灯头座与灯管座之间两处。这样使用者即可根据需要配置不同规格或形状的灯头,或者不同造型的灯管,当整个灯具的某部件损坏时,还可仅更换该损坏的部件,从而节约成本。而此种结构对于厂家来说,可使产品各部件规格化,因此当开发新产品时,只需针对有造型变化的部件重新开模制造,这样可大大降低开发制造成本。
针对灯头座与灯管座之间的可拆换连接方式,其典型结构可参见中国实用新型专利,申请号为200720006448.X的“可拆换式节能灯”及申请号为200720007251.8的“可更换式灯头”。从上述两件专利不难看出,现有技术中,用以固定安装灯管的灯管座由于要与上方的灯头座实现可拆换式连接,因此尺寸较大,将使用较多的材料,当仅灯管损坏而需要更换灯管时,也必须将灯管座一起更换,因此将浪费较多的材料,不利于节约也不利于环保。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种灯头座与灯管座连接结构,其可大幅精简灯管座的结构及尺寸,以达到需要丢弃更换时减少材料浪费的目的。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种灯头座与灯管座连接结构,该灯头座包括相互扣合的上盖及下盖,下盖设有两个开口朝下的容槽,两容槽之间设有通孔;一卡座位于下盖内,其外侧按压面外露于下盖外表面,其内端设有卡勾位于通孔上方;该灯管座包括两个柱状管套用以固定连接在灯管向上延伸两个管脚上,两管套之间设有连接部,连接部上设有卡槽;组装时,灯管座的两管套及连接部插于灯头座的两容槽及通孔内,且卡座的卡勾卡于卡槽内。
所述下盖两容槽的同一侧设有导滑槽,卡座下方设有导向柱滑设于该导滑槽内。
所述卡座与下盖之前设有令卡座复位的弹簧。
所述灯管座的连接部顶端设置成尖头状。
采用上述方案后,由于本实用新型所述的灯管座仅仅是两个套固于灯管两管脚上的管套,及在管套之间的具有卡槽的连接部,其结构相当简单,尺寸也很小,所需要的材料相对现有同类产品来说大幅减少,因此当灯管损坏而要更换时,所要丢弃的材料很少,可以大大减少材料的浪费。而且本实用新型在组装连接时,采用按键控制卡勾卡槽的连接方式,不但操作方便,且连接可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详述。
如图1、2、3所示,本实用新型所揭示的是一种灯头座与灯管座连接结构,该灯头座2的上方设有灯头1,两者之间可以是可拆卸连接结构,也可以是不可拆卸的连接结构,不是本案重点,不赘述;而该灯管座3下方用以固定安装灯管4。其中:
所述灯头座2包括相互扣合的上盖21及下盖22,其内部用以固定整流器及电路板等电器元件23。如图4、5所示,所述下盖22设有两个开口朝下的容槽221,两容槽221之间设有通孔222,两容槽221同一侧设有导滑槽223。一卡座5位于下盖22内,其外侧按压面51外露于下盖22外表面,其内端设有卡勾52位于上述通孔222的上方,其下方设有导向柱53滑设于上述导滑槽223内,卡座5与下盖22之前还设有令卡座5复位的弹簧54。另外,在两空槽221的上方设有导电片224。
所述灯管座3包括两个柱状管套31用以固定连接在灯管4向上延伸两个管脚41上,两管套31之间设有连接部32以固定两管套31的位置,该连接部32上设有卡槽33,且连接部32顶端可设置成尖头状。另外,在两管套31上还设有导电柱34。
欲将所述灯管座3组装于灯头座2上时,将灯管座3以其两管套31套插于灯头座2下盖22的两容槽221内,同时连接部32也插于下盖22的通孔222中,用力后,连接部32的尖头推开卡座5,当管套31到达一定位置后,由于卡座5的弹簧54所产生的弹力,使卡座5的卡勾52勾住灯管座3的卡槽33,从而可将灯管座3组装于灯头座2上,同时,灯管座3上的导电柱34与下盖22上的导电片224接触实现导电。
欲更换灯管4时,按压卡座5的按压面51,使卡座5缩入灯头座2内,其内端的卡勾52即会从灯管座3上的卡槽33脱出,这样即可向下拔出灯管4及灯管座3。
Claims (4)
1、一种灯头座与灯管座连接结构,其特征在于:该灯头座包括相互扣合的上盖及下盖,下盖设有两个开口朝下的容槽,两容槽之间设有通孔;一卡座位于下盖内,其外侧按压面外露于下盖外表面,其内端设有卡勾位于通孔上方;该灯管座包括两个柱状管套用以固定连接在灯管向上延伸两个管脚上,两管套之间设有连接部,连接部上设有卡槽;组装时,灯管座的两管套及连接部插于灯头座的两容槽及通孔内,且卡座的卡勾卡于卡槽内。
2、如权利要求1所述的灯头座与灯管座连接结构,其特征在于:所述下盖两容槽的同一侧设有导滑槽,卡座下方设有导向柱滑设于该导滑槽内。
3、如权利要求1所述的灯头座与灯管座连接结构,其特征在于:所述卡座与下盖之前设有令卡座复位的弹簧。
4、如权利要求1所述的灯头座与灯管座连接结构,其特征在于:所述灯管座的连接部顶端设置成尖头状。
