背景技术
目前，现有技术中的机械制桶设备中折口机的缺点是：大多数设备只能进行一侧折口，工作效率便低，且主要是加工较小的桶，很难胜任大桶的折口工作。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术中折口机只能进行一侧折口，工作效率便低的不足，本实用新型提供一种新型折口机，该折口机不仅能双侧进行折口，而且还适用于对各种大桶进行折口。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它是由机体(1)、模具固定座(2)、活动压板(3)、固定板(4)、固定压块(7)、上模具(8)、下模具(9)、电机(10)、油泵(11)、油箱(12)、液压缸(13)组合而成，其特征在于机体(1)的两侧设置带有上模具(8)、下模具(9)结构特征的工作区，上模具(8)、下模具(9)的两侧均设置有折口结构。工作原理是由活动压板带动固定压块对在模具上的铁板进行折口挤压成型。
本实用新型的有益效果是，本实用新型和现有技术相比，该折口机不仅能双侧进行折口，而且还适用于对各种大桶进行折口，工作效率高。
