本实用新型涉及一种传感器的引线封接头,尤其是由激光点焊的引线封接头。
背景技术
目前市场常用的引线封接头是有引线和铜线构成,在引线和铜线的搭接处直接用锡焊焊接固定,该引线封接头由于采用了锡焊焊接,因此在焊点处杂质较多,焊道不光滑、有沙眼等焊接缺陷,因而这种引线封接头的稳固性也较差,也很容易损坏;因为有杂质、沙眼等焊接缺陷所以这种引线封接头的焊点处的传导性较差,传输的信号容易出现异常,影响整个设备的性能。

本实用新型提供了一种无杂质的、传导性能好的引线封接头。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的引线封接头包括引线和铜线,先将引线和铜线分别从两头穿入抱箍,用夹钳将抱箍夹紧,从而使引线和铜线的搭接处牢固抱紧。所述抱箍在紧靠铜线一侧的中心用激光点焊,从而使引线和铜线接触处的物料融合固定;采用激光点焊,被焊接处受热范围小而集中,焊点定位精确、小而牢固,没有锡焊的杂质,因而引线和铜线的融合处清洁度高,焊点的影响几乎为零,从而保证了很好的传导性能。
本实用新型的有益效果是,用激光点焊代替了以前的锡焊,使得引线和铜线融合固定;而且采用激光点焊,焊点定位精确、小而牢固,焊道光滑平整、无变形变色退火,无沙眼等焊接缺陷,因而引线和铜线的融合处清洁度高,焊点的影响几乎为零,从而保证了很好的传导性能,保证了信号的正常传输。

如图1所示,本实用新型的引线封接头包括铜线1和引线2,先将铜线1和引线2的一端分别穿入抱箍3内,,用夹钳将抱箍3夹紧,从而使引线2和铜线1的搭接处牢固抱紧;在抱箍3靠近铜线的一侧的中心用激光点焊,从而使引线2和铜线1接触处的物料融合固定;采用激光点焊,被焊接处受热范围小而集中,焊点定位精确、小而牢固,焊道也光滑平整,无变形变色退火,无沙眼等焊接缺陷,所以引线2和铜线1的融合处清洁度高,焊点的影响几乎为零,从而保证了很好的传导性能,保证了信号的正常传输。

1、一种引线封接头,包括铜线(1)和引线(2),其特征在于:所述铜线(1)和引线(2)的搭接处由抱箍(3)牢固抱紧,所述抱箍(3)在紧靠铜线(1)一侧的中心用激光点焊固定。
