Abstract

本实用新型提供一种户内直流高压隔离开关,该隔离开关结构为支柱绝缘子、传动机构及机构控制分别连接在开关底架的横筋、前侧板及后侧板上,传动机构与绝缘主轴相连,静触头、软连接分别装配固定于支柱绝缘子上,动触头分别与绝缘主轴及软连接相连。本实用新型的效果是该隔离开关在城市轻轨以及地铁交通等系统中,承担主母线向接触网线路供电的导通或断开,也可用于单相导通柜,可用来减少被保护区段的钢轨电流,减少被保护区段杂散电流对结构及金属管线的电腐蚀。具有结构简单、体积小、调整方便、操作可靠、动作平稳等优点。该隔离开关方便的装入开关柜内无须再做调整。隔离开关可以电动操作也可以手动操作,电动操作可以就地操作也可以远方遥控操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种适用于城轨、地铁隔离开关柜的开关。
背景技术
DC1500V直流隔离开关是地铁正常运行所必须的产品,其承担着地铁车辆运行中的正常供电及在出现故障时的停电隔离任务,是保证地铁正常运营的主要设备,它主要分为户外型和户内型两类。我国地铁建设时DC1500V直流隔离开关一直采取进口的方式,国内没有生产厂家。进口成本高,维修困难。
由于不同系统的需要,户内开关需要集成于开关柜体内,有时单套柜体内甚至需要装配两到三台开关,如果不能有效的压缩开关体积势必导致柜体的增大,国内生产城轨地铁用直流开关柜厂家配套使用的直流开关主要有两种,一种为用交流10KV开关代用,这样开关较大,通常外形尺寸大于500mmX450mmX350mm,柜内空间紧张,难于检修维护,同时加大了安装场地占用面积;另一种为使用进口直流开关,这种情况使得整体设备造价高昂,以上两种形式的诸多因素均不利于降低常规交通建设的成本。
发明内容
为解决上述技术中存在的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种户内直流高压隔离开关,以利于适应地铁车辆运行的供电及故障时的技术要求,作到产品整体的免维修。同时减低生产成本,减少占地面积。
为实现发明目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是提供一种户内直流高压隔离开关,其中:该隔离开关包括有开关底架、支柱绝缘子、传动机构、机构控制、静触头、绝缘主轴、动触头及软连接,其结构为所述支柱绝缘子、传动机构及机构控制分别连接在开关底架的横筋、前侧板及后侧板上,所述传动机构与绝缘主轴相连,所述静触头、软连接分别装配固定于支柱绝缘子上,所述动触头分别与绝缘主轴及软连接相连。
本实用新型的效果是该结构的隔离开关在城市轻轨以及地铁交通等系统中,主要承担主母线向接触网线路供电的导通或断开,也可用于单相导通柜,可用来减少被保护区段的钢轨电流,从而减少被保护区段杂散电流对结构及金属管线的电腐蚀。同时能降低停车库的钢轨电位,保证检修人员的安全。该隔离开关用于连接母线向接触网供电,使列车能够正常运行。
该隔离开关使配套开关柜由原来的长宽1800X800缩小为1500X800,同时成套设备装配调试速度显著提高,并可实现无障碍维护,同时产品性能稳定型也将显著提高。
按照国内城市轨道发展的速度,我公司每年最低可销售1000台电动隔离开关,每台售价2.1万,每年创销售收入2100万,其经济效益是十分明显的。由于该产品在技术上的领先性和价格上的经济性,决定了该产品必定产生良好的社会效益,具体可体现在以下几点:
1、可替代进口的户内直流隔离开关,为国家节约大量的外汇,降低城轨交通建设投资。
2、由于产品性能的可靠性,可大大减少现场维修工作量,减少作业程序,提高效率及降低系统运营成本。
3、产品形成规模后,可出口到国际市场,为国家创汇。

具体实施方式
结合附图及实施例具体说明本实用新型的户内直流高压隔离开关结构。
针对户内直流开关柜外形尺寸以及空间布局要求采用如下技术:
动刀采用软连接结构缩小导电结构;开关、机构、控制一体化,优化结构布局压缩整体体积,总体积仅为:350mmX400mmX300mm;采用环氧玻璃布棒制作绝缘性能优异的传动轴—绝缘主轴。
如图1-4所示,本实用新型的户内直流高压隔离开关结构是:该隔离开关包括有开关底架1、支柱绝缘子2、传动机构3、机构控制4、静触头5、绝缘主轴6、动触头7、软连接8,其结构为所述支柱绝缘子2、传动机构3及机构控制4分别连接在开关底架1的横筋、前侧板及后侧板上,所述传动机构3与绝缘主轴6相连,所述静触头5、软连接8分别装配固定于支柱绝缘子2上,所述动触头7分别与绝缘主轴6及软连接8相连。
由以上主要部件构成开关框架,动作原理为支柱绝缘子2起支撑及绝缘作用,通过软连接8连接动触头7及接线板,而动触头7的运动是通过绝缘主轴6将传动机构3的力传递给动触头7,传动机构3的运动是由机构控制4实现的。
本实用新型的户内直流高压隔离开关结构的动作原理是:当机构控制4给出动作指令后,传动机构3执行相应方向的转动,由此带动与绝缘主轴6相连接的动触头7进行相应的分、合闸动作,当分、合闸到位后,传动机构3的限位装置切断动作电路,传动机构3停止动作。
研制DC1500V户内电动直流隔离开关的关键问题是如何在保证隔离开关质量的基础上最大程度的缩小开关整体外形尺寸,并从技术及工艺上保证电动机构的质量,从而作到产品整体的免维修。
结合国内外电动直流隔离开关的形式结构,分析其工作原理及工艺上的先进性,结合开关柜的相关配置要求,对重点零部件结构优化,调整部件布局进行试制、试验,以保证其可靠性。将原有的开关底架1与传动机构3分别安装后在进行传动连接调试改变为传动机构3直接固定连接于开关底架1上,省略了传动连杆,同时采用软连接8的动态导电方式,有效压缩的开关外形尺寸,选用环氧玻璃布棒作为绝缘主轴6及兼顾了动力传递需要也达到了必要的绝缘要求,将传动机构控制单元整体连接于开关底架1后,既节约了空间也简化了设备成套安装调试步骤,有效提高了生产安装使用效率。

1、一种户内直流高压隔离开关,其特征是:该隔离开关包括有开关底架(1)、支柱绝缘子(2)、传动机构(3)、机构控制(4)、静触头(5)、绝缘主轴(6)、动触头(7)及软连接(8),其结构为所述支柱绝缘子(2)、传动机构(3)及机构控制(4)分别连接在开关底架(1)的横筋、前侧板及后侧板上,所述传动机构(3)与绝缘主轴(6)相连,所述静触头(5)、软连接(8)分别装配固定于支柱绝缘子(2)上,所述动触头(7)分别与绝缘主轴(6)及软连接(8)相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的户内直流高压隔离开关,其特征是:所述绝缘主轴(6)采用环氧玻璃布棒制作的。
