本申请公开了绝热取暖窗套,它由蓄热保温室和内置窗帘组成,蓄热保温室安装在原有外窗室外一侧的墙面上;内置窗帘由内置保温帘和内置遮阳帘组成,可以是电动拉帘,也可以是手动拉帘,安装在蓄热保温室的保温顶板上。本申请的积极效果是,能使整个窗户在夜间能够利用双层玻璃窗户加上内置保温帘进行保温隔热,冬季白天能够充分利用太阳辐射热蓄热取暖,南向窗户在夏季还能够利用建筑节能窗罩的保温顶板进行遮阳,东向、西向和北向窗户在夏季还能够利用内置遮阳帘遮阳,降低建筑使用能耗。

本申请涉及窗户。
背景技术
众所周知,中国既有建筑面广量大,绝大多数是单层玻璃窗户,建筑使用能耗高。既有建筑节能改造的重点是窗户,目前采取的措施是将原有窗户更换成新型节能窗户,既费时费力,影响住户正常生活,又因为新型节能窗户价格昂贵,旧窗拆下后又用途不大,导致节能改造成本太高,会有不少用户在经济上难以承受。因此需要发明设计一种既保持原有窗户不动,又能使窗户节能显著,还能够显著降低节能改造成本的窗户节能改造技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,保持原有外窗不动,通过窗户洞口外侧墙体上安装一个绝热取暖窗套,使外墙窗户具有显著的冬保温夏隔热遮阳功能,并且在冬季白天还能够充分利用太阳辐射热蓄热取暖,其技术方案是:
(1)绝热取暖窗套由蓄热保温室和内置窗帘组成,蓄热保温室由正面玻璃窗(站在室内向室外看)、侧面玻璃窗、保温顶板、保温底板等组成,安装在外窗洞口外侧墙面上;内置窗帘由内置保温帘和内置遮阳帘组成,可以是电动拉帘,也可以是手动拉帘,安装在保温顶板上,东、西、北向窗户安装内置保温帘和内置遮阳帘,南向窗户可以只安装内置保温帘;
(2)保温底板和保温顶板可以用玻璃钢制成,通过角钢支架固定在墙体上;
(3)正面玻璃窗和侧面玻璃窗安装固定在保温底板和保温顶板之间;
(4)正面玻璃窗和侧面玻璃窗相当于阳台窗,安装单层白玻璃,正面玻璃窗有开启窗扇、固定窗扇以及纱窗,侧面玻璃窗可只用固定窗扇;
正面玻璃窗和侧面玻璃窗型材以轻为宜,塑料、铝塑复合、玻璃钢、铝合金以及塑钢等均可;所用玻璃最好是白玻璃,侧面玻璃窗也可以用有机玻璃;
所有接缝用密封条(如硅酮密封胶、聚氨酯密封胶、聚硫密封胶等)进行密封;
绝热取暖窗套正面玻璃窗窗扇开启方式为平开或者推拉。
本申请的积极效果是,绝热取暖窗套能使整个窗户在夜间能够利用双层玻璃窗户加上内置保温帘进行保温隔热,冬季白天能够充分利用太阳辐射热蓄热取暖,南向窗户在夏季还能够利用建筑节能窗罩的保温顶板进行遮阳,东向、西向和北向窗户在夏季还能够利用内置遮阳帘遮阳,降低建筑使用能耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步说明本申请的技术方案。
如图1所示,先将底板斜支撑(镀锌角钢)3与底板平支撑(镀锌角钢)4焊接在一起,将顶板斜支撑(镀锌角钢)10和顶板斜支撑(镀锌角钢)11焊接在一起,并用膨胀螺栓将它们固定在墙体1上;再将保温底板5用螺栓固定在底板平支撑4上,将保温顶板9用螺栓固定在顶板平支撑10上;然后,安装内置保温帘6(手动拉帘)和内置遮阳帘7(手动拉帘);最后安装正面玻璃窗8(铝合金窗)和两侧面的侧面玻璃窗(铝合金窗),并用硅酮密封胶封堵所有缝隙。

1、绝热取暖窗套,它安装在原有建筑外窗洞口外侧墙面上,其特征是
(1)它由蓄热保温室与内置窗帘组成;
(2)从室内看,蓄热保温室由正面玻璃窗、侧面玻璃窗、保温顶板、保温底板组成,安装在原有外窗室外一侧墙面上;
(3)内置窗帘包括内置遮阳帘和内置保温帘,可以是电动拉帘,也可以是手动拉帘,安装在蓄热保温室的保温内顶板上。
