Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及金属轧机的驱动装置,用于薄带连铸连轧生产线上,传递轧制扭矩。
背景技术
目前薄带连铸连轧生产线在我国还属首创。由于薄带连铸连轧是一种短流程工艺,不同于传统的热连轧机。根据扭矩大,工作辊直径小,轧辊开口度大的特点,为了保证足够大的传动轴回转直径,主传动系统中的传动轴采用十字接轴,并且是上下交错布置。以往设计的传统精轧机中的传动轴均为鼓形齿接轴,已经不能满足现在薄带的轧制要求。因此开发一种新的主传动技术,来满足现在薄带的传递扭矩要求已势在必行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种采用十字接轴,且上下交错布置的新型轧机主传动装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样实现的:
一种轧机主传动装置,包括主电机、主联轴节、复合减速机和工作辊,其特征在于还包括十字万向接轴I和十字万向接轴II;所述接轴I和接轴II采用上下交错布置,且在所述接轴I和接轴II的内部安装弹簧。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的优点是显而易见的,主要表现在采用十字万向接轴,上下交错布置,保证了传动轴的回转直径,适应了传递大扭矩、轧辊开口度大的需要。

具体实施方式
如图1-图2所示的轧机主传动装置,由主联轴节、复合减速机、上、下2根十字万向接轴等组成。电动机通过主联轴节、复合减速机、万向接轴传动工作辊。其中,十字万向接轴采用上下两根接轴交错布置,这样就可以加大轴头直径,可传递较大的扭矩,使接轴的安全性大大提高。另外,由于考虑工作辊窜辊需要,在接轴内部增加强力弹簧,一方面增加窜辊空间,另一方面考虑换辊时靠弹簧的弹力作用,压紧在接轴提升装置上,保持换辊时接轴的水平。主电机1通过主联轴节2、复合减速机3、十字万向接轴4、5传动工作辊6进行轧制。十字万向接轴4、5内部安装弹簧7,在工作辊6窜辊时,由于有弹簧7的存在,保证了需要的窜辊空间。当需要换辊时,由于工作辊6撤出,十字万向接轴4、5在弹簧7的作用下,压紧在接轴提升装置上,保持换辊时接轴的水平。

1、一种轧机主传动装置,包括主电机(1)、主联轴节(2)、复合减速机(3)和工作辊(6),其特征在于还包括十字万向接轴I(4)和十字万向接轴II(5);所述接轴I(4)和接轴II(5)采用上下交错布置,且在所述接轴I(4)和接轴II(5)的内部安装弹簧(7)。
