技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种集装箱喷涂系统，特别是涉及一种可实现集装箱底架人工喷涂的粉末喷涂系统。
背景技术
目前，集装箱普遍采用油性漆喷涂，包括集装箱底架的喷涂也是如此。
集装箱底架由于其位置的特殊性，所以较难喷涂，集装箱底架在油性漆喷涂过程时，基本采用人工进行喷涂；即在地面上设置一个地坑，人站在地坑内手拿喷枪对集装箱底架进行喷涂，而且地坑内要站多人同时进行操作，才能按节奏完成底架的油漆喷涂。在喷涂过程中，周围漆雾弥漫，使得此处环境非常恶劣，不仅严重影响操作工人的身体健康，也严重污染环境。
更重要的是，采用油性漆进行喷涂时，过喷的油漆无法进行回收再利用，造成油漆大量浪费，使得造箱成本上升。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足，提供了一种可对集装箱底架进行人工粉末喷涂，从而降低喷涂成本的手工粉末喷涂系统。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：用于集装箱底架粉末喷涂的手工作业系统，该系统包括设置在两集装箱轨道之间的可供人站立并进行喷涂作业的地坑，地坑的深度为160cm-250cm。
作为优选，在地坑的底部设有一网状隔离层，网状隔离层距离集装箱底架的高度为180cm-200cm，在网状隔离层的下方设有粉末回收槽，粉末回收槽与粉末回收设备相连。
作为优选，在粉末回收槽的底部间隔设有多个通孔，每个通孔均通过粉末回收管与粉末回收设备相连。
作为优选，所述的粉末回收管设置在粉末回收槽的底部，在粉末回收管的管壁上间隔设置有若干个位置、个数与通孔相对应的连接孔，所述的通孔与各自位置对应的连接孔密封连接。
作为优选，所述的粉末回收槽的横截面形状为倒锥形。由此，粉末由于重力作用可迅速集中滑向粉末回收槽底部，被粉末回收设备回收。
作为优选，所述的网状隔离层由钢丝网或铁丝网制成。
采用了上述技术方案的本实用新型的原理及具有的有益效果是：本系统采用的是人工粉末喷涂，从而可对集装箱底架进行无死角全面均匀喷涂，使得喷涂质量大大提高；另外可使未粘附的过喷粉末可以进行回收再利用，从而使得造箱成本降低的同时，又不会造成环境污染。具体操作时，人工站在网状隔离层上对集装箱底架进行喷涂，未粘附的过喷粉末经过网状隔离层的网孔落入到粉末回收槽内，并在粉末回收设备的负压作用下被回收，不会飘散到地坑外，防止污染环境。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具体实施方式如下：
实施例：如图1所示，一种集装箱底架粉末喷涂系统，该系统包括地坑7、粉末回收设备，所述的地坑7设置在两集装箱轨道8之间，地坑7的横截面为矩形，地坑7的底部设有一网状隔离层15，网状隔离层15距离集装箱底架1的高度为200cm，在网状隔离层15的下方设有粉末回收槽3，粉末回收槽3通过粉末回收管4与粉末回收设备相连，所述的粉末回收设备可有效回收过喷粉末；为使过喷的粉末更快速的无阻力的集中在粉末回收槽3的底部，粉末回收槽3的横截面形状设计为倒锥形。
在粉末回收槽3的底部间隔设有多个通孔10，每个通孔10均通过粉末回收管4与粉末回收设备相连，所述的粉末回收管4设置在粉末回收槽3的底部，在粉末回收管4的管壁上同样间隔设置有若干个位置、个数与通孔10相对应的连接孔(图中不可见)，所述的通孔10与各自位置对应的连接孔密封连接，以防止过喷粉末逸散。
所述的网状隔离层15由钢丝网制成。由此，人工可直接站在钢丝网上对集装箱底架1进行喷涂，过喷的粉末通过钢丝网的网孔落入到粉末回收槽3内再进行回收。

1、用于集装箱底架粉末喷涂的手工作业系统，其特征在于：该系统包括设置在两集装箱轨道(8)之间的可供人站立并进行喷涂作业的地坑(7)，地坑(7)的深度为160cm-250cm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于集装箱底架粉末喷涂的手工作业系统，其特征是：在地坑(7)的底部设有一网状隔离层(15)，网状隔离层(15)距离集装箱底架(1)的高度为180cm-200cm，在网状隔离层(15)的下方设有粉末回收槽(3)，粉末回收槽(3)与粉末回收设备相连。
3、根据权利要求2所述的用于集装箱底架粉末喷涂的手工作业系统，其特征是：在粉末回收槽(3)的底部间隔设有多个通孔(10)，每个通孔(10)均通过粉末回收管(4)与粉末回收设备相连。
4、根据权利要求3所述的用于集装箱底架粉末喷涂的手工作业系统，其特征是：所述的粉末回收管(4)设置在粉末回收槽(3)的底部，在粉末回收管(4)的管壁上间隔设置有若干个位置、个数与通孔(10)相对应的连接孔，所述的通孔(10)与各自位置对应的连接孔密封连接。
5、根据权利要求2或3或4所述的用于集装箱底架粉末喷涂的手工作业系统，其特征是：所述的粉末回收槽(3)的横截面形状为倒锥形。
6、根据权利要求2所述的用于集装箱底架粉末喷涂的手工作业系统统，其特征是：所述的网状隔离层(15)由钢丝网或铁丝网制成。
