背景技术
目前,对于简易的民用炉具,煤大多是直接燃烧的方式使用,由于空气与煤的接触面积有限,导致燃烧效率低,使用不方便,且也不卫生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种煤制气化炉,该气化炉结构简单,使用方便,能提高煤的燃烧效率,且方便卫生。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所提供的技术方案是:一种煤制气化炉,包括有炉体,所述炉体内下部设置有蒸汽盘管和带有出风口的风室,所述风室的出风口设在蒸汽盘管的下方;所述蒸汽盘管表面设有通孔。
所述炉体上部设有水套,所述水套设有进水口和出水口。
本实用新型具有的优点:本产品结构简单,可将煤在控制氧的情况下燃烧,且与水蒸气发生反应,产生的可燃性气体,从而大大提高煤的燃烧效率。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示的一种煤制气化炉,包括有炉体1,炉体1内下部设置有蒸汽盘管3和风室4,风室4设在蒸汽盘管3的下方,风室4设有出风口,即风嘴41;风室4和蒸汽盘管3之间的空间为气化室5,风嘴41正对气化室5;蒸汽盘管3表面设有通孔31。在炉体1的上部内周壁上设有水套2,水套2设有进水口21和出水口22。
煤放置在炉体内蒸汽盘管3的上方(即炉膛6)燃烧,而蒸汽盘管3内通入蒸汽,蒸汽从通孔31中喷出,经风嘴41出来的风带到炉膛6中,与燃烧的煤进行反应,生成的可燃性气体,从燃气出口11引导出。
蒸汽盘管3向炉膛6内高温碳喷入的水蒸气,发生反应:C+H2O=CO+H2,产生可燃性气体CO和H2;此反应为吸热反应,调节进入气化室5中的蒸汽量来控制生成可燃性气体的稳定性,当气化室5温度较低时,降低进入气化室5的蒸汽量,反应吸热较少,气化室5温度升高;相应在气化室5温度较高时,增大进入气化室5的蒸汽量,反应吸热较多,气化室5的温度降低。如此过程就可以保持气化室温度在一定范围内动态平衡,即可保证产生的燃气总量。

1、一种煤制气化炉,包括有炉体,其特征在于:所述炉体内下部设置有蒸汽盘管和带有出风口的风室,所述风室的出风口设在蒸汽盘管的下方;所述蒸汽盘管表面设有通孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的煤制气化炉,其特征在于:所述炉体上部设有水套,所述水套设有进水口和出水口。
