本实用新型提供了一种换热器领域中的复合不锈钢板式换热器该换热器通过将板片波纹断面设置为正弦波或者梯形波,且板片波纹采取水平、人字、倾斜或竖直排列实现的。由于该实用新型采取了所述的波纹断面及排列方式,与现有技术相比,具有结构简单设计合理、金属材料消耗较少、增加介质接触面积、明显减少流动死区、有效提高换热效率、降低产品生产成本、增加企业经济效益。同时采用单面或双面包覆不锈钢复材的双金属材料,经特殊工艺加工的不锈钢复合板制成的换热板片,更增加了产品的耐腐蚀耐磨性、抗磁性与导热性,开拓了换热器在船舶、海水处理等行业的应用,并具有广阔的发展前景。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种板式换热器。
背景技术:
由于板式换热器具有传热效率高,占地面积小,拆装维护方便的特点,在供热、冶金、石油、化工等多个领域中均得到了广泛的应用。但是,现有的板式换热器多数是锯齿人字形波纹的换热板片,该板片金属材料消耗大,且由该板片组成的换热器易产生流动死区,仍使换热效率不理想。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种复合不锈钢板式换热器,主要是解决现有的换热器板片金属材料消耗大,由该板片组成的换热器易产生流动死区,换热效率不理想的问题。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下所述:该复合不锈钢板式换热器,包括固定板、活动板、导杆、支架、板片、密封垫片、夹紧机构,通过将板片波纹断面设置为正弦波或者梯形波,且板片波纹采取水平、人字、倾斜或竖直排列实现的,
本实用新型的有益效果:由于该实用新型采取了所述的波纹断面及排列方式,与现有技术相比,具有结构简单设计合理、金属材料消耗较少、增加介质接触面积、明显减少流动死区、有效提高换热效率、降低产品生产成本、增加企业经济效益。同时采用单面或双面包覆不锈钢复材的双金属材料,经特殊工艺加工的不锈钢复合板制成的换热板片,更增加了产品的耐腐蚀耐磨性,、抗磁性与导热性,开拓了换热器在船舶、海水处理等行业的应用,并具有广阔的发展前景。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的复合不锈钢板式换热器,是在现有技术基础上设计的。它的外部是固定板1和活动板2,在固定板1和活动板2之间为换热器传热板片6,板片6是个波纹断面为正弦波或者梯形波的板片,板片波纹深度为2mm-7mm,而且板片6波纹可采取水平、人字、倾斜或竖直排列方式。相邻的两个板片6相互倒置,两板片6之间设有密封垫片7。多个板片形成板片束,板片束经上下导杆3、4限位连接,并由夹紧机构8夹紧固定。另在上下导杆3、4的之间还设有支架5。
换热器工作时,两种换热介质分别由冷、热介质进出口进入并流出,由于本实用新型所设板片结构,有效增加了流体通道的换热面积,增加了介质在通道内的滞留时间,减少了流动死区,明显提高了换热效率。可靠实现了发明目的。
