由于资源的不断消耗已严重溃泛，我国及世界上大多数国家近年来都在大力倡导清洁生产和资源使用的“减量化、再利用、资源化”，鼓励和支持开展资源回收再生利用和再制造，大力推广资源再生利用和再制造的新技术、新工艺、新设备。而随着人民生活水平的不断提高，各种废弃的原料为PET、PPC的饮料瓶越来越多，在运输、贮存废弃塑料瓶时需要将其压缩打包，但由于塑料瓶内充满了空气，在压缩打包时需要消耗很大的功率才能同时将成百上千只塑料瓶压缩变形。如果采用机械力预先将瓶压扁，那么就能大大降低压缩打包时的功率。

本实用新型的内容就是要提供一种能解决以上技术问题的废塑料瓶压瓶机。
本实用新型的废塑料瓶压瓶机包括进料斗、压瓶机构、出料口、动力机构和机架组成。其中压瓶机构中，有二只压瓶辊呈水平位置平行安装在机架上，二只压瓶辊在动力带动下可围绕各自轴心作相对转动。压瓶辊表面为呈弧形的齿和齿槽。
本实用新型所采取技术方案的优点在于：该废塑料瓶压瓶机通过压瓶机构将松散大体积的塑料瓶挤压扁后，更方便运输和打包，且操作简便，实用性强。

该实用新型由进料斗(1)、压瓶机构(2)、出料口(3)、机架(4)、动力机构(5)组成。在机架(4)的上部固定有进料斗(1)，进料斗(1)与下方的压瓶机构(2)相连通。在压瓶机构(2)中，二只压瓶辊(2-1)分别固定在二根轴上(2-2)，轴(2-2)的两端通过轴承安装于机架(4)上，由电机(5-1)带动的动力机构(5)带动二只压瓶辊(2-1)作相对转动。压瓶辊(2-1)的表面为呈弧形的齿和齿槽。
工作时，物料从进料斗(1)下料到压瓶机构(2)，并掉至压瓶辊(2-1))齿槽内，在动力带动下，二只压瓶辊(2-1)相啮合转动，不断地将掉入齿槽内的废塑料瓶压扁后再落下到出料口(3)。
