背景技术：
减速机的齿轮润滑中，由于减速机使用情况的特殊性，即正常使用时，齿轮箱内需存在一定的液位，所以齿轮箱也作为油箱使用，但由于只靠齿轮箱的容积又不够，所以就设计了一种与普通油站不同的密封式油箱润滑站，闭式油箱作为齿轮箱的下油箱，等于把齿轮箱的容积加大，使用时考虑回油问题，故密封式油箱润滑站与减速机齿轮箱存在一定的高度差，由于齿轮箱的液位需一定的高度，所以作为下油箱的密封式油箱内的润滑液始终是充满的，且不能存泄漏，而普通的油箱不能满足此要求。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，不泄漏、工作效果好的密闭式油箱润滑站。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种密闭式油箱润滑站，包括密封式油箱，其特征是：密封式油箱的顶板呈圆弧形，在圆弧形顶板的最高处设有放气阀。
本实用新型结构合理、不泄漏、工作效果好。其与普通最大不同之处就是油箱顶板是圆弧形的，如采用常规设计，油箱在焊接时顶板会存在一定凹凸不平，所以第一次加油时油箱内空气清除不干净，然后利用空气往高处走的原理，把油箱顶板设计成圆弧形并在最高处设置一放气阀，加油时把此阀打开，看到油液溢出后关闭此阀，这样就能保证油箱内不存在空气。
