本实用新型涉及一种轴承,特别是一种背衬轴承,该背衬轴承包括轴承内、外圈和安装在轴承内、外圈内的滚子,其特征在于,轴承外圈带有中挡边,轴承内圈带有外挡边,在轴承两端安装有组合密封装置。本实用新型是在现有的背衬轴承基础上,在轴承两端增加了防尘盖和密封圈,由于防尘盖的内孔与轴承内圈的外圆面相配合,防尘盖的外圆与轴承外圈内孔留有间隙,而密封圈的外圆与轴承外圈内孔相配合,密封圈的内孔与轴承内圈有间隙,这样就在轴承两端形成了迷宫密封结构,一方面可有效防止灰尘进入轴承内,影响轴承的精度和使用寿命,另一方面,可有效使润滑剂保存在轴承内,提高了润滑效果,同时减少润滑剂的泄漏。

背景技术
背衬轴承是外圈特别厚的滚动轴承,一般用于多辊冷轧机设备上,也可以用于其他场合,例如矫直机。主要的结构形式是双列或三列圆柱滚子轴承,带保持架或不带保持架满滚子,内圈有一道或多道环形槽和数个油孔。由于目前的背衬轴承均不带密封装置,一方面造成润滑油的浪费,另一方面由于润滑油的泄漏,有可能造成对轧制钢板的污染,影响产品质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可有效防止灰尘进入轴承内,同时节约轴承润滑剂的背衬轴承。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种背衬轴承,包括轴承内、外圈和安装在轴承内、外圈内的滚子,其特征在于,轴承外圈带有中挡边,轴承内圈带有外挡边,在轴承两端安装有组合密封装置。
上述组合密封装置由安装在轴承两端的防尘盖和安装在防尘盖内的密封圈组成。
上述安装在轴承两端防尘盖内的密封圈是通过安装在上述轴承外圈的孔用弹簧挡圈固定在外圈内,密封圈的内孔与轴承内圈有间隙。
在上述轴承内、外圈内和滚子之间安装有保持架。
本实用新型是在现有的背衬轴承基础上,在轴承两端增加了防尘盖和密封圈,由于防尘盖的内孔与轴承内圈的外圆面相配合,防尘盖的外圆与轴承外圈内孔留有间隙,而密封圈的外圆与轴承外圈内孔相配合,密封圈的内孔与轴承内圈有间隙。防尘盖与密封圈交错配置,这样就在轴承两端形成了迷宫密封结构,一方面可有效防止灰尘进入轴承内,影响轴承的精度和使用寿命,另一方面,可有效使润滑剂保存在轴承内,提高了润滑效果,同时减少润滑剂的泄漏。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的背衬轴承,轴承外圈1内带有中挡边3,轴承内圈5的左右两端均带有外挡边9,在轴承两端分别安装有防尘盖8,在防尘盖内安装有密封圈6。上述安装在轴承两端防尘盖内的密封圈是通过安装在上述轴承外圈的孔用弹簧挡圈7固定在轴承外圈内孔两端,密封圈的内孔与轴承内圈有间隙。在上述轴承内、外圈内和滚子2之间安装有保持架4。

1、一种背衬轴承,包括轴承内、外圈和安装在轴承内、外圈内的滚子,其特征在于,轴承外圈(1)带有中挡边(3),轴承内圈(5)带有外挡边(9),在轴承两端安装有组合密封装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的背衬轴承,其特征在于上述组合密封装置由安装在轴承两端的防尘盖(8)和安装在防尘盖内的密封圈(6)组成。
3、根据权利要求2所述的背衬轴承,其特征在于上述安装在轴承两端防尘盖内的密封圈(6)是通过安装在上述轴承外圈(1)的孔用弹簧挡圈(7)固定在外圈内,密封圈的内孔与轴承内圈有间隙。
4、根据权利要求1所述的背衬轴承,其特征在于在上述轴承内、外圈内和滚子(2)之间安装有保持架(4)。
5、根据权利要求2所述的背衬轴承,其特征在于在上述轴承内、外圈内和滚子(2)之间安装有保持架(4)。
