本实用新型属于冶金行业生产设备的辅助工具，具体涉及轧机工作辊专用吊具。
背景技术：
在冷轧不锈钢钢带生产中，一般使用机器人进行自动换辊，轧辊需要提前吊装在换辊架上。到目前为止，各企业吊装轧机工作辊采用钢丝绳或尼龙绳吊挂的方式由天车进行吊运并放置在换辊架上，吊运工作必须两个人同时操作，所需时间较长，存在不安全隐患。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供吊运安全且吊运时间较短的轧机工作辊专用吊具。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是：包括一根长为2300mm的长杆，长杆的两端设置吊环、吊耳，吊耳、吊环上设置吊绳，吊钩通过卸扣、和吊绳与吊环连接。
吊钩由吊环和圆筒构成，吊环与圆筒垂直并固定设置；
吊环为三孔吊环或两孔吊环，吊耳为单孔吊环；
圆筒的筒壁上设置长50mm、宽20mm的槽。
采用本实用新型吊装轧机工作辊只需一个工作人员即可操作。吊运安全，工作效率较高，经过山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司冷轧厂的试验，效果明显。

具体实施方式：
实施例：图1、图2、图3所示，本实施例由一根长为2300mm、直径为60mm的钢管作为长杆1，长杆1的两端焊接吊环2，吊环2上设置钢丝绳3，距离吊环40mm处焊接吊耳5，钢丝绳4设置在吊耳5上，吊环2上设置钢丝绳6，钢丝绳6通过卸扣7连接吊环9，吊环9上焊接圆筒8。

图4、图5、图6所示，圆筒8的筒壁上设置长50mm、宽20mm的槽12。
吊绳即为钢丝绳。

1、轧机工作辊专用吊具，包括一根长为2300mm的长杆，其特征是长杆的两端设置吊环、吊耳，吊耳、吊环上设置吊绳，吊钩通过卸扣和吊绳与吊环连接，吊钩由吊环和圆筒构成，吊环与圆筒垂直并固定设置，圆筒的筒壁上设置长50mm、宽20mm的槽。
