Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种加压自流式注墨器,旨在提供一种结构简单,加墨方便、加注墨水时,不会发生墨水泄漏的加压自流式注墨器。它包括用于储存墨水的储墨容器,在储墨容器上设有进气孔,在使用前进气孔口用密封膜封堵,在储墨容器的底部制有与加墨接口相连接的注墨口,注墨口与储墨容器相通,其特征是储墨容器中设有柱状的空腔,空腔与储墨容器相连通,空腔口安装有密封塞子。该实用新型在使用时,只要将储墨容器的注墨口与加墨接口相连接,用插接件上的推杆对着塞子,将塞子推入空腔内,让吸墨材料自动吸收墨水,在推杆推进后进气孔的戳破针又将进气孔口的密封膜戳破,达到自动加墨的效果。经加注后的墨盒又可装到打印机上重新使用了。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及对喷墨打印机用墨盒加注墨水的装置,尤其涉及一种加压自流式注墨器。
背景技术
墨盒作为打印机的一种耗材,以前在墨盒内的墨水用完后大多废弃,造成了对环境的污染,资源的浪费。现在越来越多的人和企业开始注重对墨盒的重复利用,在用完墨水的空墨盒中再注入墨水后重新利用。一些用注射器抽吸墨水后注入到墨盒中,但这样做比较麻烦也很容易发生墨水泄漏,造成污染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是提供一种结构简单,加墨方便、加注墨水时,不会发生墨水泄漏的加压自流式注墨器。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:包括用于储存墨水的储墨容器,在储墨容器上设有进气孔,在使用前进气孔口用密封膜封堵,在储墨容器的底部制有与加墨接口相连接的注墨口,注墨口与储墨容器相通,其特征是储墨容器中设有柱状的空腔,空腔与储墨容器相连通,空腔口安装有密封塞子。
还可以在与塞子相对的储墨容器上安装有插接件,插接件上制有推杆,推杆正对着塞子。所述的插接件上制有进气孔的戳破针,戳破针的位置正对着进气孔,戳破针的长度小于推杆的长度。
按照上述方案制造的加压自流式注墨器,在使用时,只要将储墨容器的注墨口与加墨接口相连接,用插接件上的推杆对着塞子,将塞子推入空腔内,使储墨容器内产生压力,墨水从注墨口压出,并排出注墨针前端的空气,使墨盒中的吸墨材料直接与储墨容器相连,让吸墨材料自动吸收墨水,在推杆推进后进气孔的戳破针又将进气孔口的密封膜戳破,使得储墨容器内的压力平衡进墨顺畅,达到自动加墨的效果。经加注后的墨盒又可装到打印机上重新使用了。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
图1是储墨容器的结构示意图。它包括用于储存墨水1的储墨容器2,在储墨容器2上设有进气孔3,在使用前进气孔3口用密封膜4封堵,在储墨容器2的底部制有与加墨接口5相连接的注墨口6,在注墨口6中安装有密封塞7。注墨口6与储墨容器2内相通,储墨容器2中设有柱状的空腔8,空腔8与储墨容器2内相连通,进气孔3口方向与空腔8口方向相同,并设置在同一面上,空腔8口安装有密封塞子9。
在与塞子9相对的储墨容器2上安装有插接件10,插接件10套接在储墨容器2上。插接件10上制有推杆11,推杆11正对着塞子9。所述的插接件10上制有进气孔3的戳破针12,戳破针12的位置正对着进气孔3,戳破针12的长度小于推杆11的长度如图2所示。
储墨容器2与插接件10装配在一起时组成加压自流式注墨器如图3、图4所示。
加压自流式注墨器在使用时如图5所示,将需要加注墨水的墨盒13放入墨盒添加墨水用的盒子14中,将储墨容器2的注墨口6与加墨接口5相连接,并戳破密封塞7,加墨接口5与储墨容器2内向连通。用插接件10上的推杆11对着塞子9,将塞子9推入空腔8内,使储墨容器2内产生压力,墨水1从注墨口6压出,并排出注墨针15前端的空气,使墨盒13中的吸墨材料16直接与储墨容器1中的墨水1相连,让吸墨材料16自动吸收墨水1,在推杆11推进加压后进气孔3的戳破针12又将进气孔3口的密封膜4戳破,使得储墨容器1内的压力平衡,进墨顺畅,达到自动加墨的效果。

Claims (6)

1、加压自流式注墨器,包括用于储存墨水的储墨容器,在储墨容器上设有进气孔,在使用前进气孔口用密封膜封堵,在储墨容器的底部制有与加墨接口相连接的注墨口,注墨口与储墨容器相通,其特征是储墨容器中设有柱状的空腔,空腔与储墨容器相连通,空腔口安装有密封的塞子。
2、根据权利要求1所述的加压自流式注墨器,其特征是在与塞子相对的储墨容器上安装有插接件,插接件上制有推杆,推杆正对着塞子。
3、根据权利要求2所述的加压自流式注墨器,其特征在于所述的进气孔口方向与空腔口方向相同,并设置在同一面上。
4、根据权利要求3所述的加压自流式注墨器,其特征在于所述的插接件上制有进气孔的戳破针,戳破针的位置正对着进气孔,戳破针的长度小于推杆的长度。
5、根据权利要求2所述的加压自流式注墨器,其特征在于所述的插接件套接在储墨容器上。
6、根据权利要求1所述的加压自流式注墨器,其特征是在注墨口中安装有密封塞。
