本实用新型提供了一种矩形汽车中冷器用散热管,该矩形汽车中冷器用散热管的截面形状是矩形,也就是说本实用新型的汽车水箱用散热管是用矩形截面代替了现有的两侧面为半圆形的截面,矩形截面各边角的圆角半径不大于1.5mm。本实用新型采用矩形截面,解决了应力问题,提高了承压能力,壁厚可减小至0.45mm,减轻了重量,降低了成本。其内可安装先进的绕流式散热翅片,热气流流经散热管的长度增加,在散热管内的滞留时间延长,提高了散热效率。可采用厚度均匀一致、无砂眼的带材通过高频焊接工艺加工成型,易保证质量。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车中冷器用散热管。
背景技术
目前汽车中冷器所用的铝合金散热管的截面形状如图1所示,其两侧面为半圆形,内设直通式散热通道,采用挤压成型工艺,为了减小边角应力,两侧面只能采用圆形,同时壁厚较大(最小为0.8mm),重量较大,使得成本较高。热气流只能流经直线通道,在散热管内的滞留时间短,散热效率低。在挤压成型过程中散热管的壁厚不均匀,易含砂眼,不易保证质量。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有汽车中冷器所用散热管存在的散热效率低、成本高等不足,提供一种成本低、散热效率高、易保证质量的矩形汽车中冷器用散热管。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
矩形汽车中冷器用散热管的截面形状是矩形,矩形截面各边角的圆角半径不大于1.5mm。也就是说本实用新型的矩形汽车中冷器用散热管是用矩形截面代替了现有的两侧面为半圆形的截面。
本实用新型采用矩形截面,解决了应力问题,提高了承压能力,壁厚可减小至0.45mm,减轻了重量,降低了成本。其内可安装先进的绕流式散热翅片,热气流流经散热管的长度增加,在散热管内的滞留时间延长,提高了散热效率。可采用厚度均允一致、无砂眼的带材通过高频焊接工艺加工成型,易保证质量。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本实用新型的矩形汽车中冷器用散热管的截面形状为矩形,各边角的圆角半径R不大于1.5mm。采用厚度均允一致、无砂眼的带材加工成型,首先通过模具冷压至矩形,再将接逢通过高频焊接工艺焊接。本实用新型采用矩形截面,提高了承压能力,不存在应力问题,壁厚可减小至0.45mm,减轻了重量,降低了成本。其内可安装先进的绕流式散热翅片,热气流流经散热管的长度增加,在散热管内的滞留时间延长,提高了散热效率。不存在厚度不均、及砂眼问题,质量易得到保证。
