本实用新型涉及一种汽车用换热设备,具体涉及一种层叠式冷却器,包括上盖板、下盖板、管和芯片,至少两组所述芯片层叠后设置在所述上盖板和下盖板之间,所述管固定在所述上盖板上,与芯片间形成的内腔贯通,所述两组芯片之间对应设置有翅片,所述管与上盖板之间设置有焊片,所述管、焊片和上盖板铆接固定。本实用新型充分利用产品需进连续炉钎焊的这一特性,利用气体保护钎焊来同样达到目的,不仅省去了火焰钎焊这一工序,而且缩短了制作周期,适应了大批量生产的需求。所述芯片的边缘设置有尾部结构,从而提高两芯片的钎接质量,有效地避免了微小间隙的出现,大大提高了成品率。并通过在管与上盖板连体处设置台阶孔,有效弥补了装配缺陷。

层叠式冷却器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车用换热设备,具体涉及一种层叠式冷却器。
背景技术
冷却器是用于冷却汽车上所有运转设备所用的润滑油,使其维持在正常温度下而持续工作,保证所有设备持续运转正常。由于汽车设计一般结构非常紧凑、轻型,这就要求冷却器在满足换热性能的前提下尽可能的降低重量和体积,由此人们设计开发了这种高效的成叠式冷却器。现有的冷却器在生产时,首先利用模具冲制相关零件,部分零件通过车床和翅片成形机加工;然后将所有零件进行超声波清洗,再利用专用夹具板装配成形,而后送入连续炉进行钎焊;最后打压检验并修补漏点。
由于现有技术中的管与上盖板的连接处采用火焰钎焊,这种方法虽然成品率很高,但是生产效率低且成本高,只适宜小批量生产;此外,所述芯片间的接触压紧依靠类似平板接触的方式,若芯片冲压成形质量差,芯片间的接触压紧在任一区域范围内出现微小间隙的话,将大大降低产品的钎接质量;芯片间无翻边台阶结构,装配时或多或少会出现装配缺陷从而影响钎接质量;外翅片采用锯齿形结构,厚度一般需达0.2mm;翅片采用冲压加工方式,使得生产效率相对较低;另外,内翅片采用打孔形结构,换热性能相对较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型克服了上述缺点,提供了一种加工方便、生产效率高的层叠式冷却器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种层叠式冷却器,包括上盖板、下盖板、管和芯片,至少两组所述芯片层叠后设置在所述上盖板和下盖板之间,所述管固定在所述上盖板上,与芯片间形成的内腔贯通,所述两组芯片之间对应设置有翅片,所述管与上盖板之间设置有焊片,所述管、焊片和上盖板铆接固定。
所述芯片的边缘可设置有尾部结构,所述尾部结构弯曲后与相邻的芯片固定连接。
还可包括设置在所述层叠的芯片外侧的墙板,所述墙板也固定在上盖板和下盖板之间。
所述翅片可包括内翅片和外翅片,所述内翅片设置在层叠的芯片内腔,所述外翅片设置在所述层叠芯片的外壁。
所述内翅片可为锯齿形结构,外翅片可为百叶窗式结构。
所述管与上盖板连体处可设置有台阶孔。
所述芯片可采用4045与母材3A21的复合材料。
本实用新型充分利用产品需进连续炉钎焊的这一特性,利用气体保护钎焊来同样达到目的,不仅省去了火焰钎焊这一工序,降低了成本,而且缩短了制作周期,适应了大批量生产的需求。所述芯片的边缘设置有尾部结构,所述尾部结构弯曲后与相邻的芯片固定连接,可以明显改善两相邻芯片边缘相连的可靠性,使芯片的平面部分装配压紧后能有效接触,从而提高两芯片的钎接质量,有效地避免了微小间隙的出现,大大提高了成品率。并通过所述台阶孔,有效弥补了装配缺陷。

具体实施方式
下面以TH型油冷器为例对本实用新型内容加以详细描述。如图1中所示,本实用新型主要由上盖板4、下盖板8、管1、墙板7和芯片6构成,所述芯片6为两组,分别层叠后设置在所述上盖板4和下盖板之间,所述管1固定在所述上盖板4上,与芯片6联通,所述墙板7设置在所述层叠的芯片6外侧,也固定在上盖板4和下盖板之间。所述两组芯片6之间对应设置有翅片,所述翅片包括内翅片5和外翅片2,所述内翅片5设置在层叠的芯片内腔,所述外翅2片设置在所述层叠芯片的外壁。所述内翅片5为锯齿形结构,外翅片2为百叶窗式结构。所述管1与上盖板4之间设置有焊片3,所述管1、焊片3和上盖板4铆接固定,产品钎焊前,将所述管1与焊片3、上盖板4通过夹具卡位固定并且使整体倒置(与图上形状相反),而后利用经过表面有纹路的冲头,通过敲击管1与上盖板4连体处的台阶孔9,使两者实现有效铆接,从而使焊片3与管1、上盖板4紧密接触。由于焊片3为钎接材质,这种有效铆接必将促使产品钎焊后,管1与焊片3、上盖板4连成整体,钎接可靠。本实用新型无需采用常规的火焰钎焊,故生产效率高、成本低,并通过所述台阶孔9,有效弥补了装配缺陷。
如图2中所示,所述芯片6的边缘设置有尾部结构8,两相邻芯片颠倒放置后,通过将所述尾部结构8弯曲后与相邻的芯片6固定连接,装备时可将带有尾部结构的两芯片6通过夹具固定,利用镊子弯曲芯片6尾部,使其与另一芯片6端部相连。这样做可以明显改善两相邻芯片6边缘相连的可靠性,使芯片6的平面部分装配压紧后能有效接触,从而提高两芯片6的钎接质量,有效地避免了微小间隙的出现,大大提高了成品率。
所述芯片6采用新型的4045与母材3A21的复合材料,其延伸性能好,芯片6冲压成形后基本无裂纹缺陷,从而有效地控制了芯片6报废率。
而且,所述内翅片5设计为锯齿形结构,由于属于高换热效率翅片,故能部分提高产品的换热性能。所述外翅片2设计为百叶窗形结构,厚度仅需0.15mm,低于常规的0.2mm,降低了生产成本,减轻了重量,而且百叶窗形翅片采用专用的翅片成形机滚压加工而成,生产效率高,常规的翅片成形机一般采用冲压方式加工。
在加工生产过程中,将除外翅片2外的各零件清洗后,放入浓钎剂中浸泡并烘干,使需钎接的部分其表面包裹一层已烘干的钎剂;产品装配完毕,在产品表面均匀地喷洒浓度较低的钎剂溶液。通过连续炉钎焊,利用气体保护钎焊来同样达到目的,不仅省去了火焰钎焊这一工序,降低了成本,而且缩短了制作周期,适应了大批量生产的需求。

1.一种层叠式冷却器,包括上盖板、下盖板、管和芯片,至少两组所述芯片层叠后设置在所述上盖板和下盖板之间,所述管固定在所述上盖板上,与芯片间形成的内腔贯通,所述两组芯片之间对应设置有翅片,其特征在于:所述管与上盖板之间设置有焊片,所述管、焊片和上盖板铆接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层叠式冷却器,其特征在于:所述芯片的边缘设置有尾部结构,所述尾部结构弯曲后与相邻的芯片固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的层叠式冷却器,其特征在于:所述管与上盖板连体处设置有台阶孔。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的层叠式冷却器,其特征在于:所述翅片包括内翅片和外翅片,所述内翅片设置在层叠的芯片内腔,所述外翅片设置在所述层叠芯片的外壁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的层叠式冷却器,其特征在于:所述内翅片为锯齿形结构,外翅片为百叶窗式结构。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的层叠式冷却器,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述层叠的芯片外侧的墙板,所述墙板也固定在上盖板和下盖板之间。
