本实用新型涉及一种通信光缆,尤其是铁路通信系统使用的数字长途对称通信电缆。
背景技术
现有用于铁路通信系统的长途对称通信电缆,其基本传输单元为由绝缘单线组成的双线组或四线组,绝缘单线的绝缘层为聚烯烃化学发泡绝缘层,这种绝缘结构使电缆的电气性能及机械物理性能不稳定,不能适应现有数字信号的传输要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有长途对称通信电缆的不足,满足数字信号的传输要求,本实用新型提供一种新型数字长途对称通信电缆。
本实用新型提供的新型数字长途对称通信电缆包括缆芯内的构成导线组的绝缘单线,每根绝缘单线的绝缘层为由内皮层、中间发泡层、外皮层构成的皮一泡一皮三层结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是:电缆的电气性能稳定,机械物理性能增强,能够适应铁路通信系统数字信号的传输要求。而且,由于绝缘层采用皮一泡一皮三层结构,每层的绝缘材料的用量明显降低,总量比现有单层绝缘层的用料减少,降低了产品造价。

具体实施方式:
参照图1,采用低密度聚乙烯绝缘料在导体1外包覆绝缘层的内皮层2、采用高密度聚乙烯物理发泡绝缘料包覆绝缘层的中间发泡层3、采用高密度聚乙烯绝缘料包覆绝缘层的外皮层4制成绝缘单线9,将每四根绝缘单线9绞合形成一个导线组8,再将数个导线组8绞合制成缆芯7,然后在缆芯7外依次包覆综合内护层6和外护套5,即制成本实用新型。
