本实用新型属于汽车模具设计制造领域,公开了一种旋转凸轮滑配导板,包括上导板和下导板,所述上导板内壁与旋转凸轮外缘固定连接,上导板的形状与旋转凸轮的外缘形状相适应呈扇环形,所述下导板固定在下模的圆弧槽内,下导板的内壁与上导板的外壁相滑动配合。本实用新型通过在传统的旋转凸轮与下模板之间增设滑配导板,使凸轮与下模板之间的滑动转为上导板与下导板之间的滑动配合,日常维护、保养以及维修时仅需对上下导板进行相应的维护、维修即可,此外采用滑配导板不仅可以降低旋转凸轮表面的加工精度,而且滑配导板的加工和制造可以由汽车模具标准件厂制造,互换性得到提高。

本实用新型属于汽车模具设计制造领域,具体涉及一种用于旋转凸轮的旋转凸轮滑配导板。
背景技术
目前汽车模具设计制造厂对旋转凸轮使用大幅度的增加,但是由于各厂家的加工能力有限。使旋转凸轮在使用中精度达不到要求,在日常维护和维修时难度增加,企业也付出昂贵的代价。
因此设计出一种凸轮滑配导板,改善企业在日常维护旋转凸轮的难度,以及降低维修成本成为本领域技术人员迫切需要解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、维修成本低、维修方便的旋转凸轮滑配导板,以克服现有旋转凸轮在使用过程中存在的上述缺陷。
本实用新型解决技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种旋转凸轮滑配导板,其特征在于,包括上导板和下导板,所述上导板内壁与旋转凸轮外缘固定连接,上导板的形状与旋转凸轮的外缘形状相适应呈扇环形,所述下导板固定在下模的圆弧槽内,下导板的内壁与上导板的外壁相滑动配合。
由以上公开的技术方案可知,本实用新型通过在传统的旋转凸轮与下模板之间增设滑配导板,使凸轮与下模板之间的滑动转为上导板与下导板之间的滑动配合,日常维护、保养以及维修时仅需对上下导板进行相应的维护、维修即可,此外采用滑配导板不仅可以降低旋转凸轮表面的加工精度,而且滑配导板的加工和制造可以由汽车模具标准件厂制造,互换性得到提高。本实用新型具有结构简单、安装方便等优点。

下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1所示,本实用新型旋转凸轮滑配导板,包括上导板1和下导板2,所述上导板1内壁与旋转凸轮3外缘固定连接,上导板1的形状与旋转凸轮的外缘形状相适应呈扇环形,所述下导板2固定在下模4的圆弧槽内,下导板2的内壁与上导板1的外壁相滑动配合。
进一步为提高滑配导板的使用寿命和精度,可以在上导板和下导板的接触面之间设有一层石墨层5以减少摩擦系数。
本实用新型旋转凸轮滑配导板可以用于大型覆盖件的侧翻和侧整,模具在侧翻和侧整处的受力点结构增强,模具的空间缩小。

1.一种旋转凸轮滑配导板,其特征在于,包括上导板(1)和下导板(2),所述上导板(1)内壁与旋转凸轮(3)外缘固定连接,上导板(1)的形状与旋转凸轮(3)的外缘形状相适应呈扇环形,所述下导板(2)固定在下模(4)的圆弧槽内,下导板(2)的内壁与上导板(1)的外壁相滑动配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转凸轮滑配导板,其特征在于,所述上导板外壁与下导板内壁之间设有一层石墨层(5)。
