一种双凹球面研磨体,涉及一种用于医药、水泥、冶金、化工等行业中的球磨机的研磨体。
背景技术
目前,煤电、水泥、冶金、化工等行业对煤、矿石、陶瓷等材料进行粉制研磨加工,原有球磨机上用的研磨介质大多数由圆球或圆柱钢锻钢棒组成。它们在对物料进行粉磨加工时,由于圆球、圆柱型研磨加工都是点线接触,粉磨作用面积小,能耗高,效率低,为了增加研磨面积,出现了中国专利CN243959Y“凹球磨研体”,其特征在于该研磨体是球冠型研磨体的圆平面上有凹形面。由于该研磨体在圆平面上增加了凹形面,增大了研磨面积,一定程度上提高了研磨效率,但该研磨体与其它研磨体之间,特别是凹形面背面与磨球之间的大部分还是点接触,研磨面积增大并不多,研磨效率没有得到大的提高。
发明内容
本实用新型的的目的是为了克服以上不足,提供一种研磨效率高的双凹球面研磨体。
本实用新型的的目的是通地以下技术方案实现的。
一种双凹球面研磨体,其特征在于研磨体的形状为双凹面球体,两凹面在球体上是对称的,凹面曲率半径R等于球体半径R。
本实用新型的研磨体由于双凹面是对称的,较其它研磨体与球体配研滚动性能好。采用双凹面,即增加了研磨面积,同时使研磨时适应性强,使之达到点、线、面各种状态的研磨接触。双凹面形状,较单凹面积和半球研磨体大大增加了研磨面积。由于双凹面曲率半径与球半径相等,使研磨配合和接触面的有效面积大大提高,从而提高了研磨效率。

具体实施方式
一种双凹球面研磨体,研磨体的形状为双凹面球体1,两凹面2在球体上是对称的,凹面曲率半径R等于球体半径R。
使用时,将本发明的双凹面球体与现有的圆球研磨体一起在球磨机中使用,在球磨机运转过程中,圆球研磨体与研磨体的双凹面磨擦,使被磨物料得以磨细,本实用新型的产品与现有的圆球研磨体配合使用,可以有效增加研磨面积,从而大大提高研磨效率,值得推广应用。
