Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种吸气剂卡子,涉及一种用于全玻璃真空集热管中内、外管之间固定吸气剂位置的卡子,包括开口的卡环,卡环的开口小于180°,卡环中部向侧部延伸形成支杆,远离卡环的支杆末端为吸气剂点焊位。本实用新型具有设计合理、使用方便的优点,特别适合内管与外管之间有一定空间的全玻璃真空集热管使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于全玻璃真空集热管中内、外管之间固定吸气剂位置的吸气剂卡子。
背景技术
目前,吸气剂卡子是采用不锈钢材料制作,它固定在全玻璃真空集热管的内管上实现吸气剂的定位。新型的全玻璃真空集热管的内管与外管之间有一定的空间。而现有的吸气剂卡子由于结构单一,无法与这些新型的全玻璃真空集热管相匹配,在一定程度上限制了新型的全玻璃真空集热管的开发。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种结构设计合理、使用方便,特别适合内管与外管之间有一定空间的全玻璃真空集热管使用的吸气剂卡子。
为了实现上述目的本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种吸气剂卡子,包括开口的卡环,卡环的开口小于180°,卡环中部向侧部延伸形成支杆,远离卡环的支杆末端为吸气剂点焊位。
为了方便装配,避免装配时对内管划伤,所述卡环的两端口向外翘,其内壁形成圆弧形夹持部。
为了使装卡达到最佳效果,所述卡环的内径略小于被卡管的外径。
本实用新型的有益效果是:相比现有技术,本实用新型采用了开口卡环及支杆的结构,具有设计合理、使用方便的优点,特别适合内管与外管之间有一定空间的全玻璃真空集热管使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,但不作为对本实用新型的限定。
如图1-2所示的一种吸气剂卡子,包括开口的卡环1及支杆2。卡环1的开口小于180°。卡环1中部焊接有长条形的支杆2。远离卡环1的支杆2末端为吸气剂点焊位3。为了方便装配及装卡牢固,并且避免装配时对内管5划伤,所述卡环1的两端口4向外翘,其内壁形成圆弧形夹持部。为了使装卡达到最佳效果,所述卡环1的内径略小于被卡内管5的外径。
因此本实用新型具有设计合理、使用方便的优点,特别适合内管与外管之间有一定空间的全玻璃真空集热管使用。

1.一种吸气剂卡子,其特征在于:包括开口的卡环,卡环的开口小于180°,卡环中部向侧部延伸形成支杆,远离卡环的支杆末端为吸气剂点焊位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸气剂卡子,其特征在于:所述卡环的两端口向外翘,其内壁形成圆弧形夹持部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种吸气剂卡子,其特征在于:所述卡环的内径略小于被卡管的外径。
