Abstract
一种塑封无刷电机的定子组件,包括绕线定子和前端盖,它还包括一个中空的塑料本体,所述绕线定子埋植在塑料本体的内腔中段,所述前端盖埋植在塑料本体前端,本实用新型结构简单紧凑,其塑料本体将绕线定子和前端盖直接塑封在一起,不仅节约了前端盖的材料用量,而且这种用模具一次成型的方式,可以提高整个装配的形位公差等级,提高产品装配质量。另外,其安装耳部分强度高,装配方便,减小了电机运行过程中所产生的振动,提高了产品的可靠性。
Description
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种塑封无刷电机的定子组件,尤其是一种将绕线定子和前端盖直接塑封在一起的定子组件。
(二)背景技术
现有的塑封无刷电机定子组件,前端盖的材料用量较大,而且绕线定子与前端盖的装配误差较大。产品外形不美观。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节约材料且装配质量高的塑封无刷电机的定子组件。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种塑封无刷电机的定子组件,包括绕线定子和前端盖,其特征在于:它还包括一个中空的塑料本体,所述绕线定子埋植在塑料本体的内腔中段,所述前端盖埋植在塑料本体前端。
上述技术方案还可以通过以下技术措施作进一步改进。
所述前端盖包括轴承室、与轴承室内端相连的埋入塑料本体的环状外凸缘、设于轴承室前端的挡雨杯。挡雨杯具有防雨、防水功能。
所述塑料本体外侧壁上设有沿径向辐射的复数个安装耳。例如四个安装耳。
所述安装耳是等分圆周的。
所述安装耳上设有两个或两个以上的安装孔。
所述安装耳两侧设有加强筋。
所述加强筋的外侧面与塑料本体外侧面之间圆滑过渡。
本实用新型结构简单紧凑,其塑料本体将绕线定子和前端盖直接塑封在一起,不仅节约了前端盖的材料用量,而且这种用模具一次成型的方式,可以提高整个装配的形位公差等级,提高产品装配质量。另外,其安装耳部分强度高,装配方便,减小了电机运行过程中所产生的振动,提高了产品的可靠性。

(五)具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1至图5所示的一种塑封无刷电机的定子组件,包括绕线定子1和前端盖2,它还包括一个中空的塑料本体3,所述绕线定子1埋植在塑料本体3的内腔中段,所述前端盖2埋植在塑料本体3前端。
所述前端盖2包括轴承室21、与轴承室21内端相连的埋入塑料本体3的环状外凸缘22、设于轴承室21前端的挡雨杯23。环状外凸缘22上设有四个等分圆周的定位缺口221和四个等分圆周的定位孔222。
所述塑料本体3外侧壁上设有沿径向辐射的四个等分圆周的安装耳31。所述安装耳31上设有两个安装孔311,也可以有更多的安装孔。
所述安装耳31两侧设有加强筋32。
如图2,所述加强筋32的外侧面321与塑料本体3外侧面33之间圆滑过渡。
所述塑料本体采用BMC料,即不饱和聚酯玻璃纤维增强模塑料。

1、一种塑封无刷电机的定子组件,包括绕线定子和前端盖,其特征在于:它还包括一个中空的塑料本体,所述绕线定子埋植在塑料本体的内腔中段,所述前端盖埋植在塑料本体前端。
2、根据权利要求1所述的塑封无刷电机的定子组件,其特征在于:所述前端盖包括轴承室、与轴承室内端相连的埋入塑料本体的环状外凸缘、设于轴承室前端的挡雨杯。
3、根据权利要求1所述的塑封无刷电机的定子组件,其特征在于:所述塑料本体外侧壁上设有沿径向辐射的复数个安装耳。
4、根据权利要求3所述的塑封无刷电机的定子组件,其特征在于:所述安装耳是等分圆周的。
5、根据权利要求3所述的塑封无刷电机的定子组件,其特征在于:所述安装耳上设有两个或两个以上的安装孔。
6、根据权利要求3所述的塑封无刷电机的定子组件,其特征在于:所述安装耳两侧设有加强筋。
7、根据权利要求6所述的塑封无刷电机的定子组件,其特征在于:所述加强筋的外侧面与塑料本体外侧面之间圆滑过渡。
