本实用新型公开了一种用超声波焊接机密封的蓄电池,主要由蓄电池的底壳及与其配套的蓄电池上盖所组成,在蓄电池上盖内还设有内盖,内盖和底壳的上沿口上设有用超声波焊接机密封的密封处。密封处高度在2-2.5mm所述的上盖上设有凸榫,与设于底壳上的凹口相配套。本实用新型适用于蓄电池。

本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池,尤其是涉及一种采用用超声波焊接机密封的蓄电池。
背景技术
蓄电池内设有极板和电解液,所以,蓄电池的密封关系到产品的质量和防止污染的大问题,特别是目前应用的都是免维护蓄电池,密封的要求更高,传统的蓄电池密封,大都是采用环氧树脂密封,这种密封方法的缺点是成本高,费材料,费时间,工艺复杂,工人劳动强度大。用环氧树脂的密封就无法再修理。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述蓄电池密封的缺陷,提供一种操作简单方便的用超声波缝合机密封的蓄电池。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型主要是采用了以下技术方案来实现的。本实用新型主要由蓄电池的底壳及与其配套的蓄电池上盖所组成,在蓄电池上盖内还设有内盖,内盖和底壳的上沿口上设有用超声波焊接机密封的密封处。密封处高度在2-2.5mm所述的上盖上设有凸榫,与设于底壳上的凹口相配套。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下明显的优点。(1)本实用新型省工省料,采用超声波焊接机密封相当简便。(2)维修方便。本蓄电池如果内部出现短路等故障需要维修,只要将底壳的顶部密封处截去,电池就可以解体取出,极板可以修理,修理后还可第二次密封。
本实用新型适用于蓄电池。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型主要由蓄电池的底壳4及与其配套的蓄电池上盖1所组成,在蓄电池上盖1内还设有内盖3,内盖3和底壳4的上沿口上设有用超声波焊接机密封的密封处2,密封处2高度在2-2.5mm。
如图所示,所述的上盖1上设有凸榫5,与设于底壳4上的凹口6相配套。
本实用新型适用于蓄电池。

1.一种用超声波焊接机密封的蓄电池,由蓄电池的底壳(4)及与其配套的蓄电池上盖(1)所组成,在蓄电池上盖(1)内还设有内盖(3),其特征在于内盖(3)和底壳(4)的上沿口上设有用超声波焊接机密封的密封处(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用超声波焊接机密封的蓄电池,其特征在于所述的上盖1上设有凸榫(5),与设于底壳(4)上的凹口(6)相配套。
