Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种塑料吹膜机模头出口温度自动控制装置,其特征在于:环绕模头环状出料口(1)外缘均匀设有若干加热棒(2),加热棒(2)与连接塑料膜厚度传感器的电脑连接。上述结构能够通过自动局部改变模头出口特定位置温度来实时纠正膜泡发生的局部位置的厚度的非正常改变,从而提高产品的质量。

本实用新型涉及一种塑料吹膜机模头出料口温度自动控制装置
背景技术:
传统的一种塑料吹膜机模头出料口没有自动温度控制装置,因此,在吹塑过程中,塑料膜的厚度误差不符合规定时不能及时得到纠正。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于实现在吹膜的过程中,能够实时纠正塑料膜的厚度不符合规定的变化。
本实用新型提供:一种塑料吹膜机模头出料口温度自动控制装置,其特征在于:环绕模头环状出料口(1)外缘均匀设有若干加热棒(2),加热棒(2)与连接塑料膜厚度传感器的电脑连接。在吹塑过程中,模头出料口温度必须维持在设定值上,在生产的实际中,由于各种的原因,膜泡的厚度有时会发生局部改变而影响产品的质量,当这种情况发生时,膜厚度传感器将这种变化的电子信号传到电脑,电脑发出指令控制膜泡局部对应位置的加热棒(2)工作,模头出料口特定位置温度的改变会直接导致该处出料温度的改变,从而导致该处以上膜泡厚度的改变,而达到实时纠正上述膜泡局部的非正常变化。
本实用新型的效果:上述结构能够通过自动局部改变模头出料口特定位置温度来实时纠正膜泡发生的局部位置的厚度的非正常改变,从而提高产品的质量。
