本实用新型涉及一种塑料流体均混器,其特征在于:若干硬质筋条互相连接成的立方体,以各立方体的棱(1)相互结合构成蜂窝状均混体(2)。将均混体(2)置于模头流体通道内,并且令均混体(2)之各棱(1)与筒状套体(3)的横截面成曲锐角或钝角。效果在于:可以有效地解决模头通道内流体流速与温度不均匀而造成的膜厚薄不均或颜色不均的问题,提高膜产品的质量。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种塑料流体均混器。
背景技术:
传统的一种塑料吹膜机挤出模头内的通道内,由于流体靠通道壁部分流动慢、温度低,中间部分流动快、温度高,所以,导致挤出成膜的产品质量下降。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供:一种在塑料挤出的过程中,能够有效均混模头通道内温度、流速不均的流体的均混体。
本实用新型提供:一种塑料流体均混器,其特征在于:若干硬质筋条互相连接成的立方体,以各立方体的棱(1)相互结合构成蜂窝状均混体(2)。将均混体(2)置于模头流体通道内,并且令均混体(2)之各棱(1)与筒状套体(3)的横截面成锐角或钝角。
当流体流经均混体(2)时,其中央部分沿逆向流体流向的两相交的棱(1)被导向外侧,而外侧的流体则沿顺向流体流向的两相交的棱(1)被导向流体的中央,这样,流体便被有效地均匀混合了。
上述的塑料流体均混器可以这样完善:均混体(2)套装在筒状套体(3)内,均混体(2)之各棱(1)与筒状套体(3)的横截面成锐角或钝角。
这样,在制造的时候就可以将均混体(2)预先按设计的角度准确地固定在筒状套体(3)内,在使用时,只要将安装了均混体(2)的筒状套体(3)直接套装在模头流体通道上即可,既安装方便又能可靠使用。
发明效果:由于可以方便地将均混体(2)置入模头中需要进行流体均匀混合的任何通道,所以,就可以有效地解决模头通道内流体流速与温度不均匀而造成的膜厚薄不均或颜色不均的问题,提高膜产品的质量。

实施方案:
实施例1、见图1,若干硬质筋条互相连接成的立方体,以各立
方体的棱(1)相互结合构成蜂窝状均混体(2)。
实施例2、见图2-图4,均混体(2)套装在筒状套体(3)内,均混体(2)之各棱(1)与筒状套体(3)的横截面成45度角或135度角。将带均混体(2)的筒状套体(3)置入模头中需要进行流体均匀混合的通道(4),以改变以一分二,二分四,四分八的流体分配通道结构所存在的严重流速与温度不均的状况。

1.一种塑料流体均混器,其特征在于:若干硬质筋条互相连接成的立方体,以各立方体的棱(1)相互结合构成蜂窝状均混体(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料流体均混器,其特征在于:均混体(2)套装在筒状套体(3)内,均混体(2)之各棱(1)与筒状套体(3)的横截面成锐角或钝角。
