本实用新型涉及一种实心绝缘非填充型电缆,包括缆芯、套设在缆芯外周的外护套层,所述的缆芯包括绝缘单线、包裹住多根绝缘单线的缆芯包带,所述的绝缘单线包括绝缘层、设置在绝缘层内的导线,所述的多根绝缘单线两两相绞合成线对,且多个线对同心且绞合地设置。由于每两根绝缘单线绞合成线对后再将多个线对进行同心绞合,因此可减少通信中的串绕、杂音等弊端,提高了传输质量,且保证了电缆的抗拉强度,满足了电信业务不断向宽带发展的要求。

本实用新型涉及一种通信电缆,特别涉及一种实心绝缘非填充型电缆。
背景技术
实心绝缘非填充型电缆是为电话交换区和中继干线而设计的电话电缆,主要用于管道敷设,也可以用于架空。其传输音频为150KHz及以下的模拟信号和2048Kbit/S及以下的数字信号。在一定条件下,也可用于传输2048Kbit/S以上的数字信号。在-30℃~+60℃的环境条件下,电缆应保证长期、可靠的运行。现有的电缆中多根绝缘单线平行设置在外护套层中,这在使用中往往会造成电容过大,常出现串音、杂音干扰等现象,严重影响通信的质量,以不能满足宽度通信的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种可减少通信中的串音及杂音干扰从而提高通信质量的实心绝缘非填充型电缆。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种实心绝缘非填充型电缆,包括缆芯、套设在所述的缆芯外周的外护套层,所述的缆芯包括多根绝缘单线、包裹住所述多根绝缘单线的缆芯包带,所述的每根绝缘单线包括绝缘层、设置在绝缘层内的导线,所述的多根绝缘单线两两相绞合成线对,且多个线对同心且绞合地设置。
更进一步地,所述的外护套层包括聚乙烯外护层、粘结在所述的外护层与缆芯包带之间的铝带屏蔽层。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:由于每两根绝缘单线绞合成线对后再将多个线对进行同心绞合,因此可减少通信中的串绕、杂音等弊端,提高了传输质量,且保证了电缆的抗拉强度,满足了电信业务不断向宽带发展的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图、举例详细说明本实用新型的具体内容:
如图1所示的实心绝缘非填充型电缆,从里至外依次包括多根绝缘单线11、缆芯包带12、屏蔽层22、外护层21,多根绝缘单线11与缆线包带12构成电缆的缆芯1,外护层与屏蔽层22构成外护套层2,每根绝缘单线11由绝缘层111和设置在绝缘层111内的导线112组成,导线112采用退火铜线,绝缘层111采用高密度聚乙烯或聚丙稀,并可按照全色谱标准标明绝缘的颜色,缆芯包带12采用0.5mm厚的二层聚酯包带,屏蔽层22采用0.3mm厚的双面涂塑铝带从而将外护层21与缆芯包带12粘结在一起,外护层12采用黑色低密度或线性低密度聚乙烯制成。
在本实用新型中,每根绝缘单线按照不同的节距扭绞成对,再将扭绞成对后的线对相同心绞合,从而可以最大限度地减少串音干扰。

1、一种实心绝缘非填充型电缆,包括缆芯(1)、套设在所述的缆芯(1)外周的外护套层(2),所述的缆芯(1)包括多根绝缘单线(11)、包裹住所述多根绝缘单线(11)的缆芯包带(12),所述的每根绝缘单线(11)包括绝缘层(111)、设置在绝缘层(111)内的导线(112),其特征在于:所述的多根绝缘单线(11)两两相绞合成线对,且多个线对同心且绞合地设置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的实心绝缘非填充型电缆,其特征在于:所述的外护套层(2)包括聚乙烯外护层(21)、粘结在所述的外护层(21)与缆芯包带(12)之间的铝带屏蔽层(22)。
