本实用新型涉及一种自承式绝缘非填充型电缆,包括缆芯、套设在缆芯外周的外护套层、与外护套层外侧相固定连接的承重体,缆芯包括绝缘单线、包裹住多根绝缘单线的缆芯包带,绝缘单线包括绝缘层、设置在绝缘层内的导线,承重体包括与外护套层相固定连接的护层、设置在护层内的一根或多根钢绞丝,所述的多根绝缘单线两两相绞合成线对,且多个线对同心且绞合地设置。由于每两根绝缘单线绞合成线对后再将多个线对进行同心绞合,因此可减少通信中的串绕、杂音等弊端,提高了传输质量,且保证了电缆的抗拉强度,满足了电信业务不断向宽带发展的要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种通信电缆,特别涉及一种自承式绝缘非填充型电缆。
背景技术
自承式绝缘非填充型电缆是为电话交换区和中继干线而设计的电话电缆,主要用于管道敷设,也可以用于架空。其传输音频为150KHz及以下的模拟信号和2048Kbit/S及以下的数字信号。在一定条件下,也可用于传输2048Kbit/S以上的数字信号。在-30℃~+60℃的环境条件下,电缆应保证长期,可靠的运行。现有的电缆中多根绝缘单线平行设置在外护套层中,这在使用中往往会造成电容过大,常出现串音、杂音干扰等现象,严重影响通信的质量,以不能满足宽度通信的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种可减少通信中的串音及杂音干扰从而提高通信质量的自承式绝缘非填充型电缆。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种自承式绝缘非填充型电缆,包括缆芯、套设在所述的缆芯外周的外护套层、与所述的外护套层外侧相固定连接的承重体,所述的缆芯包括绝缘单线、包裹住所述多根绝缘单线的缆芯包带,所述的绝缘单线包括绝缘层、设置在绝缘层内的导线,所述的承重体包括与外护套层相固定连接的护层、设置在护层内的一根或多根钢绞丝,所述的多根绝缘单线两两相绞合成线对,且多个线对同心且绞合地设置。
所述的外护套层包括聚乙烯外护层、粘结在所述的外护层与缆芯包带之间的铝带屏蔽层。
所述的承重体的护层与所述的聚乙烯外护层一体成型。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:由于每两根绝缘单线绞合成线对后再将多个线对进行同心绞合,因此可减少通信中的串绕、杂音等弊端,提高了传输质量,且保证了电缆的抗拉强度,满足了电信业务不断向宽带发展的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图、举例详细说明本实用新型的具体内容:
如图1所示的自承式绝缘非填充型电缆,包括缆芯1、外护套层2、承重体3,缆芯1包括多根绝缘单线11,每根绝缘单线11包括高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯绝缘层111、设置在绝缘层111内的退火铜导线112,每两根绝缘单线11按照不同的节距扭绞成对,再将扭绞成对后的线对相同心绞合,然后再通过缆芯包带12将多根绝缘单线11包裹住,缆芯包带12可采用非吸湿性或非吸油性绝缘带,外护套层2包括低密度或线性低密度聚乙烯的外护层21、与外护层21和缆芯包带12相粘结的铝带屏蔽层22。
承重体3包括一护层31、设置在护层31内的多根钢绞线62,护层31与外护层21外侧相连接,在制作的时候,外护层21可与护层31一体成型,在本实施例中,外护层21与护层31一体形成为大圆与小圆及连接部分,缆芯设置在大圆的外护套层内,多根钢绞线置于小圆部分的护层内。

1、一种自承式绝缘非填充型电缆,包括缆芯(1)、套设在所述的缆芯(1)外周的外护套层(2)、与所述的外护套层(2)外侧相固定连接的承重体(3),所述的缆芯(1)包括绝缘单线(11)、包裹住所述多根绝缘单线(11)的缆芯包带(12),所述的绝缘单线(11)包括绝缘层(111)、设置在绝缘层(111)内的导线(112),所述的承重体(3)包括与外护套层(2)相固定连接的护层(31)、设置在护层(31)内的一根或多根钢绞丝(32),其特征在于:所述的多根绝缘单线(11)两两相绞合成线对,且多个线对同心且绞合地设置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自承式绝缘非填充型电缆,其特征在于:所述的外护套层(2)包括聚乙烯外护层(21)、粘结在所述的外护层(21)与缆芯包带(12)之间的铝带屏蔽层(22)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的自承式绝缘非填充型电缆,其特征在于:所述的承重体(3)的护层(32)与所述的聚乙烯外护层(21)一体成型。
